“Nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been into. Came because my son’s prescription was out of stock at CVS and Ayer Family Pharmacy could fill it. There’s something to be said about using a small town pharmacy. The staff was incredible, not like robots at the big pharmacies, everyone is so kind and wholesome. You can tell the owners respect their employees and truly value them. Pharmacy was very well kept and clean. The best part is they are fast and efficient, both times in I was in and out and never had to wait long. They’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!”

“My go-to. Place is so welcoming and really puts a standard on how much a dispensary should try to be a good dispensary. My favorite. Central Harvest Morocokin Kush is straight FIRE. The people there are really chill and understanding and arent offset by any inquisitiveness. I love them. They also offer accessories for vaping, water pipes and hand pipes, hemp wick, etc. They are so cool.”

“I was looking for a medication that has limited availability right now. Rite Aid had it! They quickly and easily transferred my prescription from my current pharmacy. The staff was super pleasant over the phone, something I can’t say for many of the pharmacies I had called.

When I went to pick up the tech was the most friendly pharmacy tech that I have ever encountered! I had to drive a bit to this location but it was worth every minute.”

“I am so grateful to have Acton Pharmacy right in my neighborhood. Their personalized and caring service is incredible. If I ever have a question about a medication, I can get a pharmacist on the phone and if they don't have an answer right then, they always follow up.”

“We were customers of Hollis Pharmacy who got bumped to Walgreens when Hollis Pharmacy closed. We were encouraged by friends to try Pepperell Family Pharmacy. So glad we listened. We have only had one prescription filled by PFP and it is already a supremely better experience than Walgreens. Highly recommend.”

“We bought a house in Town about 4 years ago. I am normally a customer at another Large Grocery Chain. I started to pop into Hannaford in Townsend only for convenience a couple years ago. I am able to find really everything we need and the prices are comparable in most items. The customer service in this location is amazing, the staff is always helpful and they know where everything is if you ask or they find out. Recently I had a need for assistance, due to an injury and I am to proud to ask for help. Christina ( manager I think is her name) saw me struggling with an overloaded cart, opened a lane for me and had her team unload my groceries on to the belt and they actually brought it all to my car and put it in. I could not believe the humanity and dedication the employed on this day. I want to thank them! I learned it is ok to accept help and they were happy to provide it!”

“The pharmacy staff here is really nice and helpful. They dealt with an incorrect prescription transfer at a time I would consider irritatingly close to closing so my kids could get the medicine they needed for their ear infections. I really appreciate their accommodating me.”

“They are extremely friendly and always try to be accommodating as far as squeezing me in for a vaccination or rushing a prescription. I feel lucky to have this resource in town.”

“Wow. What's with all the negative reviews here? I've been coming to this particular CVS for years now and never had a bad experience. They do scripts just fine and never mess them up. The CVS is a decent size and you can usually find what you need. The only issue I have is with CVS itself in that my extra care card and coupons don't work. I get the coupon printouts assigned to my ID but then when I go to use them, they say they don't work or aren't for my account. I only have the one account. But now I just get most everything on Amazon. It's cheaper and I don't have to worry about the hassle of going here and hoping it's on sale. But for the CVS itself and the staff, they've been good to me!”

“Got an appointment for a Covid shot here and they were very prompt and professional. A couple days before I had gotten a flu shot at CV_, but had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time and was late for the next place I had to get to. I then looked at reviews for many CV_s, looking for a better store, and they were pretty uniformly low reviews. This Walmart Pharmacy was great for getting a vaccination. They had both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines available, and took care of me promptly. Plus you can shop for merchandise that's not overpriced after you get your shot. Will definitely use them again for vaccinations.”

“Pharmacist and vet tech at CVS were wonderful! They were very focused, kind and polite.A customer however was unbelievable. He needed to be in front of me in line and came close to pushing me out of the way.I appreciate how patient the CVS employees are especially when they have to deal with impatient and rude customers.”

“This review is specifically for the pharmacy. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and goes out of their way to help. Sometimes the line is a bit long, but that’s almost always because they are taking a few extra minutes to actually resolve issues and answer questions. Recently, one pharm tech - completely unsolicited - let me know about a manufacturer coupon, helped me get set up, wasn’t able to process it, made a note to call me, actually did call me as promised and then helped sort me out when I came back to the store. That’s just one example of many. As far as I’m concerned they all deserve a recognition and a biga$$ raise”

“I regularly visit this CVS and am always amazed by and grateful for the employee Angel’s positive and helpful attitude. It’s always a better experience when she is there working - she is the best at checkout and directing you to what you’re looking for.”

“CVS is the one remaining big chain drug store that I'll give my business to. They always get my prescriptions right, and their non-pharmacy selections surpass their competitors by a long shot.”

“I frequent this location often and I have never had an issue with a cashier or pharmacy. Once they had to call a manager over to help me with a transaction and that was done quickly and they were very helpful.”

“I lived in Acton for 20 years starting in 1993. Always used this CVS while living in Acton. Everyone who works there are polite and very helpful. Whether it's the pharmacy, the front cashiers or people stocking shelves.”

“My fiance and I were at the pharmacy tonight and the woman at the drive through, Dixie, was what customer service is all about. Incredibly polite and she is what every place needs!! We spoke to someone over the phone prior who was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us. Thank you Dixie for your amazing customer service!!!!”

“I've been picking up my prescriptions here for a while and although some days are busier than others - generally I have had a good experience. Once one of the pharmacists told me that I couldn't pay for additional items from the store at the prescription checkout which seems silly considering it is usually 5 items or less but they have corrected this and there seem to be some really nice folk's working there these days.”
