One had better be on time for check-in and procedure. Very efficient and on-time for every step - BUT the patient isn't made to feel rushed and multiple times I was asked if I had any concerns or questions - at the same time all personnel were friendly and courteous.

Dr Older is thoughtful and thorough, as is his office. He is direct and clear when speaking to you and does so in a way that is easily understood. I would highly recommend.
