Purchased a 2024 Maverick recently from Gervais Ford and can't recommend them strongly enough--the whole experience was pressure free and easy--from initial contact to salesperson to finance department. zero integrity ,extremely dishonest if your having work done on your vehicle make sure to have signed written estimate. They have no problem telling you one thing and doing the complete opposite. worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Brought my fusion sport to Gervais to have some work done. I always get nervous dropping my car off an a new shop but I couldn't have been happier with the process! Dave kept me updated and was super nice and helpful! I would absolutely go back if and when the time comes.

I've been going to Gervais since 2016 and never had any issues with my F150's work being done,
Just recently I Setup my F150 for a Fuel Pump/Fuel sending unit, Oil change, tire rotation and a Major Tune up.
Pretty good amount of Kuching $$$$$$ if you follow me.
Issues:
No sticker on the windshield for the oil change - 3 times a charm.
Front right side of bumper was pushed in, Trucks never been in an accident and not a scratch, I didn't notice the damage because I picked up my truck in the evening which was parked facing in and I didn't see the front. However I did notice it in the morning. Went to Gervais after work, I was sent to a body shop and now waiting for the quote to get resolved.
I think whoever did it, hid it and didn't tell the service manager.
Not a kool move and not professionally handled by the mechanic.
Service Managers are great and will help resolve it, but I just hate now having to go out of my way to get the repairs done that should never have happened.

The Service Department is great. I brought the car in for an oil change and was able to get an appointment for new tires a few days later (I needed them badly). I set up one appointment online; the other was made via a phone call. Both ways proved effortless. Lou was great; extremely professional and helpful. Prices are competitive, and, since I live local, very convenient.
