“Sunday, December 10, Ayer store:In 40 years of driving and owning cars, this was the most pain-free purchase-and-installation experience I've ever had.James explained the options for a replacement battery for my '21 Subaru Crosstrek without any upselling — he explained the options and benefits of the wet-cell and AGM versions.I went with the AGM version since the car sits undrven for long periods and the two-year-old OEM wet-cell battery was needing a trickle charge every 6 months.Installation was free and immediate. This saved me HOURS by not having to bring back the old battery on a separate trip.James also knew to hook up backup power while removing the old battery so the media settings remain intact — something I wouldn't have known to do, if I had done this swap-out myself.Please give James a raise for exemplary service and the keys to the company Maverick!”
