They now have a 15 item limit on the "do it yourself " lane. For those of us who like DIY this is very frustrating and restricting. Now I have to wait in LONG lines just to do weekly shopping. May now go somewhere else.

Why are so many items in the wrong place? If you hire immigrants, and they can't read, don't allow them to stack the shelves, unless you hire 1 immigrants who does read English to show the others exactly where the item goes. Your store is screwed up, it's a shame because years ago, it wasn't like this!
