Absolutely 0 common sense used to help customers. Checking IDs for authorized users but can’t figure out that nicknames aren’t used on drivers licenses. So frustrating that people can’t just use common sense in their work anymore.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in United States!!! One of the store manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Everyone should Try not to come to this location.

The representative I originally got a quote from was friendly and helpful. I went in the next day to close out my business with him and I found he was out sick. The person who took over promised I would get the same rate, but I'm now paying $200 more per month than what I was quoted and assured.

I upgraded my daughters phone(iPhone SE 3rd Gen) for myself(S24 Ultra)and gave her my phone (14ProMax) as an upgrade for her. Over the phone activation hit a snag. Has to go to the Avon location for assistance. Jeremy was the associate that fixed everything in about 10 minutes. My 11yo daughter was ecstatic.

Terrible cell service, unexplained changes in, and escalation in fees and charges. Off shored support, poor chatpt technology.

On 3/14/24 I presented to the store with a problem with my phone. Mind you I have been a customer at this specific store for years. Never had an issue until this day. I went in to see if my phone could be fix or upgrade it as I am due for one. My screen was shattered due to it slipping out my hand. You could see part of the screen still but couldn't much. All the male associate could say to me was ypur phones a paper weight there's nothing that can be done. He said this without even looking at it. I asked about an upgrade and to transfer all my stuff as I use it for work. Again he said we use an app now it's a paper weight and again didn't look at the phone and was rude. He sat on his butt, and all he said will you can try to find a best buy who uses a machine to transfer stuff from one phone to another but it's a paper weight rudely. Then he asked another associate about a place that fixes screens. I wish I got his name as he was rude af and I will never step foot in the store again. Btw I went to a place locally that fixes phones. They let me use their phone, put a claim in for mine and my phone screen was fixed in an hour at no cost. Ty for nothing to the Verizon worker.

I was very happy that the staff was able to help me buy a new phone on short notice, when i was about to travel and my phone went intermittment, and get the old phone to transfer it all before it died. Richard, Kim, Sara, Jeremy all particpated. Even though i do my own programming, and even play piano, smart phone taps and gestures are just something i don't do well. Finally, getting the new protective screen on perfectly was a nice touch, all while breaking in a new hire.

I had a wonderful, professional and caring experience at the Verizon store in Avon. My son needed a new phone since his malfunctioned. Two days prior I had just lost my father in law on Thanksgiving. Kim was the person who assisted us and was so helpful and pleasant. She had no idea what was going on in my personal life. She took extra time to help us and with a smile. What should have been a simple process with Azurion ended up being a total nightmare. We had to go to the Verizon store at least 3 times. EVERY single time Kim was so helpful and empathetic. I ended up sharing the news about my Father in law. She was very sympathetic and offered such kind words with a hug. I am forever grateful for her being so caring and a wonderful person. Good customer service matters and Kim exemplifies this! Appreciate you Kim!

Gina did a marvelous job of synching our devices. We spent three hours at a different Verizon store last Saturday and left there with our requests not being met. We went to Verizon in Avon and Gina took care of all of our requests in 20 to 30 minutes. She exeuded knowledge, confidence, and skill. Thank you, Gina. We appreciate your great customer service.
