Wow John Maynard, you sound like a shill! Boston area order, and I'm just like the rest. Took the day off work, and they never came. Next day, spent 2.5 hours on hold with Ikea to be given wrong information over and over. Currently my order is 5 days late, and I haven't heard from Urban Express.

I bought a ton of IKEA crap online to try to make up for the 300 dollar delivery charge. I got and email with a date. They tried two different phones to set up the window. Called 15 minutes before arrival within said window. I didnt ask for much, just throw it in the garage. They were nice guys. I enjoyed working with them.

Where are they? They told me they would deliver between 9am and 6pm. It is 9:16. I am about to complain to Ikea for their sorry excuse for a delivery company,
