I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote.I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean.When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted. There were no B.S. add ons, no last minute additions, nothing. Exactly as quoted.You don't find this often in the tire business. You'll get a quote, but then when you get to the store, something was missed, added on, or needed but not quoted. Not here. At Kenwood, they honor their quote and provide great service.I'll be taking my wife's car there for tires this week, and will have both cars' oil changed here from now on. All cars on the lot are open for you to go in and look inside. Do not expect a salesman walking you through the lot and showing you and trying to sell you on cars. “I bought 4 tires for my VW Passat here 2-3 years ago. I've been very happy with the tires but recently one got a nail in it and another developed a slight leak from normal usage. I tried twice to have them repaired at Town Fair Tire and was turned away both times. So, I called up Pete's and told them what was wrong. Not only did they take me the same day, they did the work for free. I should have gone to them in the first place, would have saved myself time and aggravation. I strongly recommend buying your next set of tires from Pete's and having them do any maintenance. In my experience, their prices are fair and customer service is solid.”

“I have been going here for the past 4 years from when I had my previous car to my new one. Peter and his staff have always been efficient, honest, and helpful. When my previous car had issues, he was honest to me about repair costs and wether it was even worth it to fix or get a new car. When I recently needed my oil changed for my new car, he noticed an oil leak in the valve cover and again honestly told me to not get the oil change from him and to get it repaired first from the dealership since it was still under warranty. Peter runs an honest business where he genuinely wants to help rather than take advantage of his customers, many times he told me his honest opinion and saved me money when it did not benefit him. I cannot recommend and thank him enough!”
