By far the best experience I’ve had with a home improvement company. Brian K and the staff at Tile Shop in Avon were extremely helpful knowledgeable and honest! After going to multiple home improvement stores looking for tile, we ended up at Tile Shop thinking that they might be a bit more than some of the other options we looked at but we found a few different options and the prices were reasonable. Every single person we interacted with was super helpful answering questions, assisting us with our choices and helping us find the right tile and grout for us that was within our budget. Highly recommend and suggest stopping in here first would have saved us a lot of time!

The Tile Shop is a wonderful store. I purchased tile back on tax-free weekend (saved about$100) on August 29th and had some pencil tile that needed to be returned. I was beyond the 90-day return policy which I now understand is 180 days. They took it back with no issues whatsoever. I also needed to get another strip of metal for trim around the shower niche and outside of the tile boarder and they were able to get me that and applied my veterans discount. Kevan at the Avon store is a welcoming store manager who provides great customer service that is truly appreciated.

The Tile Shop offers great selection and price. The staff are friendly and courteous, most especially Brian McCabe who always goes above and beyond, is very knowledgeable on product, responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend shopping here for personalized and professional service you won't find in other stores.
