As a loyal customer I was extremely displeased with my recent service at Town Fair Tire Avon . My first visit for this issue seemed as though I was rushed and the associate (who I later came to learn was the assistant manager) was pretty rude. Upon leaving I spoke with the customer service manager located in CT who listened to my dilemma and scheduled me with no problem after making sure he had an understanding of my issue. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm at the Avon location again and I arrived a bit early just in case of a mishap. Unfortunately my vehicle wasn’t taken back until 1.5hrs after my scheduled time. There wasn’t any communication about the delay until I asked. Sadly I was limited on options and couldn’t leave. My service wasn’t complete until almost closing time (3hrs later). While paying I asked to see a itemized list of my charges and was told he couldn’t give it to me right away. When I did receive the list after everything was done and payment was made I was told they removed the road hazard feature which is why I even chose to shop with Town Fair from the beginning. Let’s not forget the many customers who came after me or who were walk-ins that were in & out before me.

Mark and Mike were super helpful! I got an alignment done in less time than quoted and they were both incredibly friendly and communicative. I would highly recommend to friends and family in the future

Mark jr was amazing. He got us in and out when we were on a time crunch. We were upstate (from Tennessee) visiting family and we had an event planned when our tire got a screw in it. Best service ever!!

I went in for an alignment. Got to my appointment and handed them the keys. They called me to the counter and said I was all set. I paid and left. I get on the highway only to find my steering wheel is turned to the right in order to go straight. I go back and they tell me I have to wait for 2 other cars ahead of me. Or I could come back a different day. I told the manager that is not acceptable, I would not come back and they need to work on my vehicle now since I was clearly ahead of others because they just worked on my vehicle and it needs to be worked on now. The manager apologized and refunded me my payment and they fixed the alignment. So headache, but they tried to rectify the issue in a fair manner.

I always go to the Avon branch. Junior at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant. He patiently explains everything so that I can understand what was done to the car. I recommend this branch!! Thank you for all your help Junior!!
