We just bought a bed and adjustable frame from Jordans in Avon. The experience was excellent! Jason Souza was a pleasure to work with and full of information. We can’t wait to start sleeping on our new bed and hopefully becoming far more rested!

Bought a couch there about month ago. First one delivered was torn. Second couch delivered had a broken base. Third one delivered was not stitched in the back. They offered to take money off but not nearly enough for the three days I had to take off from work for the deliveries .Still waiting on their decision while sitting on a falling apart couch.

I must share a new purchase we made at Jordan's in Avon, MA. Our 10-year old Prana mattress was reaching the end of it's life and we wanted to replace it. We did considerable research online and we went to Jordan's and worked with a wonderful salesperson in the Sleep Lab, Chris Netro. Chris was thoroughly knowledgeable and a delight to work with. We tried several combinations and with Chris's guidance we decided to purchase a pair of Twin XL Prana mattresses. We are delighted with our experience and appreciative that we could work with such a pro as Chris. The delivery and removal of our old king mattress by Tony and Jay could not have gone better. The delivery feedback and tracking was reassuring. Just another terrific overall experience with Jordan's and their excellent team.We recently purchased two reclining motion chairs with power headrests (tilt) from the Avon store. We had a delightful experience with Carolyn Van Petten. My wife and I have strong preferences and research these purchases in the extreme. Carolyn was very pleasant and most knowledgeable. She fielded all our questions and we highly valued her opinions. She wanted to be sure that we made the best possible selection - for us! We feel fortunate to have worked with such a professional!

Purchased a twin size Jordans daydreamer medium plush mattress and bunkie board over the phone and was able to pick it up the next day. The staff was professional, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.
