After three different phone calls trying to figure out scheduling now I can’t get a hold of him. I wasted a week and a half trying to have a small piece polished to never even get a return phone call after being told they could do it. They just needed time to find in the schedule. I’ve repeatedly called and don’t get a phone call back. The worst customer service I have ever had in my life.

The man had my rims for six week and didn't touch them. I called a number of times and all I got were excuses, finally picked them up unpolished. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Brought my wheels from my rolloff truck to charlie to be refinished. The job was done on time and the wheels look like they are new!

I thought I had let my aluminum wheels go “too far” until I had G3 polish them for me...when I picked them up I couldn’t believe the shine they had!!!
