Unprofessional staff. Very unhelpful and unnecessary use of vulgar language. Was supposed to be a quick trip to pick up some tiles but they made it way longer than it needed to be. Waste of time.

Went there to buy tiles, paid for tiles, requested tiles to be picked up different store. Once my contractor went there the order was inexplicably canceled. No one knew you. Caused a great inconvenience.

Tina was just amazing. She definitely had allot patience with me. I was undecided she told me to take as much time I need. She gave the advice and took her time in design my new bathroom. I’m so happy with her service. If u work with her you won’t regret it ? ❤️

Great selection and professional assistance. Donna helped us choose the right tile for our new shower and flooring (and all relevant installation supplies). I suggest finding her upon arrival, as we wasted our first hour plus, wandering the giant sales floor.
Very satisfied!!!

Costumer service is beyond horrible. Will never answer the phone and will continue to hang up on you. Made an order and couldn’t get an update on where it is and never showed up. How professional.

Almost too much to choose from. Hugh space with every type of tile and flooring. You can get lost in this place.

The bathroom designer woman arrived late. Someone asked her if she had an appointment she said she was going to check. She knew we were waiting for her. Walked by us never said anything to us. Didn't let us know how long she was going to take. We waited for 40 minutes and finally decided to walk away. Apparently business is great that they don't care about costumers. Horrible costumer service.
