Haven't always had the best experiences at Costco Tire Centers but the customer service at this location goes above and beyond. Had an appointment for a tire repair due to a nail and the job was completed promptly. As a plus, I had a corroded tire stem cap that was stuck that I didn't even mention to them, but to my surprise, this was taken care of as well during the visit.

I was extremely let down by the way my experience unfolded at your establishment this weekend. My intention was to celebrate a significant milestone birthday for my fiancé, and my family and I spontaneously decided to have a barbecue. Upon arriving at Costco, we were informed that we could apply for a one-time temporary card, which unfortunately did not work out. Coincidentally, I ran into a cousin who happened to be in the same store, but we were denied the opportunity to shop together using her card. Such treatment made us feel as though we were being accused of theft. This incident has led me to question whether I want to be associated with a membership that treats its current and potential members in such a manner.

Out of all the Costco tire locations. These guys have the best customer service. Dennis and Thomas always listen to what the issue is and make sure they go out of their way to address it, even if they have to replace them tires. I live in Norwood, MA but I come here for all my tire related services. The Dedham location is a disaster.

terrible costumer service allof them not smile, greeting or happy make me feel very uncomfortable I will never go to that location again from the front of the house to the when you check in and out is terrible

Highly recommend ordering your whole pizza via phone ahead of time or risk waiting. Sounds reasonable. If you come with a party, have them go to the self kiosk as you wait to pay for your large purchase and order it so you feel like the wait is shorter. Otherwise found some great deals.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. They did not call to let me know when my car was done, and they did not even give me a receipt. My car was in the exact spot that I left it, so I don't even have proof that they serviced my car since I did not have any documentation. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not be going back to this Costco tire center.

First time ordered Michelin tires/install. Everything went well at the beginning when placed the order and scheduled my appt 1 wk later to install. I was told they will call when the tires come in, but no one called. So the day before my scheduled appt, I called to confirm my appt if it's still ok to go in. The salesRep basically said I'm scheduled on their calendar and confirmed. On the day, we dropped off our vehicle for an hour and went back to pick it up, our tires were still removed and not even installed. We were told the Michelin tires did not come in yet. We were at a lost. So the mechanic removed the tires and didn't know there's no tires to install? Seems like no one knows what's going on. They offered another set of Michelin different line and ended up waited for another hr. I'm just disappointed with our first experience since the tires were not our first pick after-all.
