BriovaRX sent me a bill for a medication from July 2019 in June of 2020! By that time, we had already paid our deductible and out of pocket maximum for 2019 to another pharmacy because our employer switched health insurance, and Briova was no longer the preferred pharmacy. All of our deductible balances carried over but did not include this from BriovaRX due to late billing. Because of their late billing, neither health insurance company was willing to cover the cost of the medication. I called BriovaRX and they couldn't be more incompetent. They upgraded their billing system, so sorry for the late bill, but we still want you to pay it. So long story short, we had to pay $1,214.29 out of pocket due to their billing system screw up, which if they had billed on time we could have gotten that paid through our health insurance. Oh, and they only sent 2 bills before sending it to collections to force us into payment so that it wouldn't impact our credit!! After they were late for a year! Worst company of all time. They feed off of the sick and take advantage of patients whenever possible. This medication was medically necessary to prevent preterm labor, and I feel like they took advantage of the situation to make a lot of money off of us.

Beware of billing issues. Very long story short. On 3 separate occasions I was over charged for my medication because the billing was processed incorrectly. I knew it was wrong when I payed but unfortunately if I did not pay what they said was due my medication would be delayed and I would get sick. I was over charged a total of 600.00. It took and entire year or phone calls and emails with promises that it was ‘being worked on’ and ‘being escalated’ and ‘oh! I thought that was already taken care of’ from Karen Dorsey. It took a whole year to refund my money, after telling me I had to get the refund from my insurance company even though they made the mistake and they took my money when I told them, please look into this it’s a mistake. NOW I’m getting billed for $600.00. Now the emails and calls are taking up my time again! Same ‘we’re working on it’ ‘this is a mistake, so sorry’ received the 4th bill today. I have had it. This is no way to do business, especially dealing with peoples medication. If you have any option to use another specialty pharmacy- do it! I have another pharmacy now. They are completely on top of everything, as they should be dealing with peoples health, medication and money. I can not believe how terrible this situation has been! 2 years going with this incompetent company!

This is the worst specialty pharmacy. I have used two other specialty pharmacies and had zero issues. Issues: (1) people who answer the calls "customer service advocates" lie, (2) once the prescription is received the pharmacy does NOTHING. They will not contact you. You have to call and call and call to get your medicine delivered. (3) Delivery times are long. It's unbelievable. Two prescriptions were called in on February 5th. It's February 11th and nothing has been delivered. A third prescription was called in to SMP specialty pharmacy and they called me immediately and scheduled delivery for February 7th. That is how it's supposed to work. Today I waited on hold with Briova for 20 minutes while the customer service advocate talked to the pharmacist (lie). I called back and was told I had to be transferred to a different speciality department (lie) and then finally my order was processed. I called yesterday and my ordered was supposedly processed...I will call again tomorrow to follow. It's ridiculous. Unfortunately, it's the only specialty pharmacy covered by my insurance.

This place deserves NEGATIVE 5 stars. I had to put one star was just because I could not post this review if no stars were clicked. I would never use BriovaRx forever. It took forever to fill 2 orders (I was on the phone for 2 hours). Finally when I received the delivery, I found out one order was missed. I called the service number, was put on hold forever, and the person lied to me that the missing order was out of order. I was told, oh, today you missed the cut off time, also because of the holiday, your order won't be shipped 3 days later. I requested to speak to a supervisor try to speed up the shipment because I am really sick, need the medicine. But I was put on hold for one hour and was told that 2 supervisors refused to speak to me because they were not trained to speak of medicines. I explained this is about service, not medicine related but they still refuse to speak to me. I still have not received the 2nd order. Anyway, worst experience to deal with this place and again I would never use them again.

Wish I could give them zero stars. They took forever to get me my medication, which had two refills, but for some reason it was delayed again for the refill because they took forever to get it "approved" by the doctor. I've never heard of a pre-approved refill needing approval again. Then, the medication was out of stock with no sign of when it might come back in. Did they call me and tell me that? No! I had to call in when the medication didn't arrive on time to ask what the holdup was. Now I'm out of medication and desperately trying to find a local pharmacy that has it in stock.

I urge ANYONE..if you have the option of choosing another pharmacy PLEASE DO. Dealing with Briova has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Everything down to incompetence to lack of follow up. If it were not for me calling constantly and speaking to multiple departments I would not have gotten my RX. I ended up getting it a day late due to pure INCOMPETENCE. It took THREE WEEKS to get it. Which put my pregnancy at risk. I informed them multiple times that I could go into PREMATURE LABOR if I don't get it on time and still got it late. They do not care about your wellbeing. They do not LISTEN. PROCEED WITH CAUTION PLEASE!!!!!!

Been taking the medication for over a year, still need to be called by them and make calls to them to have my medication ordered every month. After a year i'm on the phone for 30 minutes answering questions about the medication as if im taking it for the first time. Pretty ridiculous to be quite honest, told the woman Im at work and need to wrap this up...no concern, took 30 minutes to order a refill. What a joke.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have to use this company for my chemo drugs and thus far they have been terrible. They have screwed up my order, failed to communicate with my oncologist's office, and seem confused by what they're supposed to ship. Thank goodness I won't lose my job if I have to spend a half hour on the phone sorting things out. Thank goodness I feel well enough to take the time to do it. As a cancer patient, I have enough to deal with without having to act as an intermediary between my pharmacy and my doctor. I resent it. Thus far Briova exemplifies our broken healthcare system.

Excellent service I mean they remodeled excellent that's all I can say the words thank you very much ain't no words can say but it's very excellent excellent they don't Walgreens on time. Refills and style is very excellent

I know first hand all the bad reviews stem from one person the Pharmacy Manager Kerry Mello. She is not customer or associate driven she only cares what Corporate thinks of her! She is self centered and clueless. The fact this company allows her to remain the Manager says a LOT about this company for sure! If Insurances didn't force people to use this Pharmacy it would not be in business. Customers need to call there insurance companies and complain and pray they don't renew the contract with Briova so you can actually use another another Pharmacy in the future. I would refuse to give them any business call your insurance company and demand you can switch Pharmacies they are the ones who can allow you to do so. The Manager Kerry Mello lies lies lies and is heartless
