Purchased a bmw x5 from Alex at Avon Autobrokers 4 months ago. When purchasing the vehicle we had an agreement for them to have the sunroof repaired before I picked up the vehicle aswell as the trunk fixed. Long story short, 4 months later and being without my car multiple times from them working on the car and having the wrong parts. The sun roof is finally done after I brought the vehicle to another shop they recommended. The trunk was “repaired” one of the times I brought it to them. The trunk is still broken and rattles over every bump. Reached out to the owner Dana to speak on my experience and how unhappy I was. No response from the owner, looks like after they collected my money the customer service when out the window.

Had an overall great experience with Avon. Alex has sold us three beautiful cars over the past ten years, and every time he makes the buying process as quick and painless as possible. Would recommend if you are looking for a quality used luxury car. Ask for Alex!

Avon AutoBrokers has an amazing collection of high-end vehicles; sedans, sport cars, SUV’s and pickups. The cars are both relatively new and older models in incredible condition competitively priced. There is a well-manned garage on site to repair if necessary and ready purchases for pick-up. My salesman was Alex who couldn’t have been more accommodating and knowledgable. Most notably Alex is a gentleman to work with through the process of test driving whether you buy or just looking.
