I can tell you a number of reasons why I chose Lasell Village. The foremost one is to have the assurance that I can count on the Lasell administrative staff for help and support in time of need. I have two testimonials based on two recent events.Less than two months ago, I found out someone forged my out-of-state driver’s license to buy a vehicle on loan, and defaulted on the payments. After many lengthy but futile efforts to deal with the issue myself, I asked one of the social workers at Lasell for help. Without delay, she contacted the Campus police. Two officers came immediately. Upon a detailed interview with me, they filed a comprehensive report for a police detective to investigate the case. Within a week, my credit issue was cleared.Among many services at Lasell, the food service is indisputably outstanding. For the lunar new year, I organized a party of 16 people with our in-house food service. The Management not only accommodated extra workload but also made this special occasion a memorable experience.All in all, whether your family is nearby or three thousand miles away, you can make Lasell your home where you will feel safe and secure, as well as cared for and nurtured.

I have grown up to love this place! I have visited here since I was a little kid and the workers were always so sweet to me. I get a lot of nostalgia from how this place was 10 years ago. Great memories!

I had a very successful pair of weeks of physical therapy at Lasell House. I'd say that it was wonderful if I hadn't a need for intensive physical therapy due the extent of my back surgery. I must commend the professionalism of the care providers but that is to say nothing of the excellent food. All of the staff were excellent with particular notice to nurses Symone and Martin. I highly recommend Lasell House should you need in-patient physical therapy.

The low carb food was surprisingly good.Best clam chowder I ever had.PT/OT staff were very good and very pleasant.Rooms small but adequate.Place kept very warm even though some patients felt cold.

It is a beautiful and safe place to live independently, but there is also a supported living unit as well as a long term unit. The staff is amazing, very caring and compassionate individuals.

I worked at Lasell for three years the nurses and supervisors were terrible.They don’t have enough peopleWe are overworked.I had 12 patients, or 17 patients and my supervisor was sitting in the back eating and Caling he family. I hated working there!

This place came highly recommended, but turned out to be, not a good experience. Majority of the staff are unprofessional, non-caring to their patients needs, and with some serious language barriers. I witnessed not once, but three times, patients asking for assistance to the restroom. One person, waited 45mins., until I noticed (heard them from another room) and I intervened and went to get a staff member. They where very rude and I raised my voice to them and they backed off. I had no problems in voicing my concerns to management, which was upon deaf ears. -stay away!

Hello,My mother, Maria was sent to Lasell Village after undergoing back surgery (81 yrs. Old), which we were very nervous about. Upon arrival to her discharge, she received exceptional care from the nurses, aides, therapists, dietary and Ophelia. Everyone went above and beyond to make her comfortable and treated with so much kindness. Every day we visited her, she greeted us with a smile. You can only imagine what that feels like leaving a loved one, who went through an extensive surgery in the hands of angels. I wanted to let you know how much she and her family appreciated all the care she received and what an exceptional team you have working there. We will recommend Lasell very highly to anyone who needs care.
