I just went in for a tux fitting today, and it was such a great experience. Patty was the one to help me with my sizing and was very kind throughout the whole process. With tux rentals, most stores give you an off-the-rack fit. However, Patty was so thoughtful about how she procured my look and gave me the look I wanted for the wedding. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful, and I’d highly recommend Simon and Sons to any other grooms/groomsmen looking for a great fit!”

He dreamt up and created a striking, transitional wedding outfit of a bustier, straight skirt, gloves, veil, and detachable overskirt for my ceremony/cocktail hour and then slim pants for the reception/after party. He also deconstructed my Mother’s wedding dress and then reimagined it as a modern and sentimental rehearsal dinner dress and cape for me to wear the night before the wedding. David and Daniel collaborated on my Mother’s Mother of the Bride dress for the wedding and she looked gorgeous. Each David Josef original fits like a glove, feels incredibly comfortable, and is a true work of art. I loved my wedding look so much I wish I could wear it every day! “I am AMAZED by the staff at Windsor, Burlington Mall, Burlington, Massachusetts. Curteous, helpful and managing the prom chaos with style. We called to hold a dress because we were coming from two states away. There was one left in my granddaughter's size. The call disconnected before we could provide a name. We couldn't reach them (for good reason- it was crazy busy) We got there and they had the dressed held with a note "girl coming from Maine".The young women were doing their best, though understaffed. They never lost their cool and managed the waiting line for the dressing room. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time for peak prom season. We left feeling good and anxious to do a good review. Way to go Windsor staff. You rocked it out of the park today”
“Hunter and James at the Wellesley location went above and beyond to help me get a complicated order placed correctly, and to make sure that it got to me on time. They even went to bat with "corporate" CustomInk when the printers sent me an email saying that there would be a delay-- and suddenly the delay didn't happen after all! I thought that it would be an added step to go into the store to place the order, rather than doing it online-- but it truly made every single part of the process easier and smoother. I will never order from CustomInk without the help of the in-person Wellesley team again! Thank you SO much to Hunter and James for their help-- the best of the best.”

“If I were able to make it more often than I do, I'd rate it 5 stars.
I joined about 10 months ago and have been something like 4 times and a not sure if I'll be able to make it a fifth time. That's partly on me (I live/work about a 30 min drive away or longer if I'm trying to make it during rush hour/right after work), but also: the hours aren't super friendly to nine-to-fivers. When I first joined I think maybe every week or every other week there would be a Thursday or Friday with a couple of hours when it was open in the evening (something like 5 to 7 or maybe 6 to 8?) and two weekend days (per month) with 2 to 4 hours of being open in the middle of the day - the bulk of the open hours being during business hours on weekdays. The open hours have varied with staff availability (understandable!), but for me it's been a lot harder to make it there than I anticipated when I joined.
If you can make it for their open hours more easily thanIve found myself able to (the weekend days kept clashing with other commitments I had, given the middle-of-the-day hours), I'd highly recommend joining, though.”
