They said they could fix the small hole in this Cashmere sweater, they completely ruined it. They also “fixed” a hole in my dark green sweater with WHITE STRING. They doesn’t even fix all the holes on the pink sweater LUCKILY. And we still got charged, the workers also didn’t seem to friendly. Never going back, and I don’t recommend this place at all.Services: Alterations

Old school neighborhood dry cleaners with old school customer service that rarely exists in today's world. Owner operated with superb attention to detail. Not open late and not open Sundays but the quality of service makes up for that. Not sure why you'd go anywhere else if you live or work in the area.

I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Ash, the owner, does everything he can to accommodate you.
He even stayed open an hour late for me one night because he knew I had a flight the next morning.

I have been bringing my cleaning to Auburn Cleaners for many years; they are reliable and professional, and they provide great customer service. The Owner, Ash, supports the local community and he is a great mentor to the ("good looking") staff!

I have had nothing but great experiences from Auburn Cleaners! My most recent experience, I brought a dress in that I had only worn once that had been stained by an outside deck on the back of the dress. Within a day of dropping off my dress it was ready to be picked up with no stains. It looks as though I had just bought the dress right from the store. All of the associates were so kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to take your dry cleaning here!

I have always been 100% satisfied with my experience at Auburn Cleaners. My family and I have been using them for years because of the great service and quality work we receive there. Couldn't ask for more out of a dry cleaners. Two years ago, my wife brought in her old Ugg boots that she thought were ruined and they were able to make them look brand new again! Highly recommended!

Brought in pants with water stains on the bottom and asked if they could get it out in one day before my flight abroad. The clerk said no problem. Next day when picking up stains were still there and I asked how come. The clerk said I have to wash them to get it out. I told him that when I brought the pants in, he didn't mention that those stains wouldn't possibly come out and I expected that professional cleaners would know if they could get something out or not. I asked for a refund and the clerk got really aggravated and refused to give me refund. After more arguing he yelled out that he would give a refund but wrinkle my pants in exchange. I refused to give him the pants but he proceeded to assault me, so I had to literary run away from him because I was afraid for my own safety. As I was leaving he was yelling at me and throwing inappropriate gestures. If I had more free time I would definitely call police and hold him responsible for the assault. Other than that I'm stuck with stained pants right before my flight...

I have never been to a better dry cleaners then Auburn Cleaners. I first found this little gem a few months ago and have been doing business there since. The employees are extremely friendly and nice. Going to Auburn Cleaners isn't like going to any other cleaners, its like going to see a friend. The owner is a great man and enjoys good conversation. I wouldn't have my dry cleaning done anywhere else.
