“Anthony is my go-to mechanic. Ever since I moved back to the area I've been taking my car here and I'm always treated fairly, quickly and with respect. I feel like I can trust the people here. I recommend them.”

85 Leonard Street, Belmont“We, the Friends of the Burlington Dog Park, use TD Bank for our banking and we are very happy with their services. They are also doing a fundraiser with us this week and they have been so helpful and accommodating. Yesterday I was at both The District and the Cambridge St branches for several hours and I was so impressed at how the employees greet each client by their first name and they also approach the client as they come in. Excellent customer service!”

148 Main St, Woburn“10/10 I love it here! Darren is such an amazing barber! Gave me exactly what I wanted, but even better! I got a 0-bald medium fade and it was such a great experience in Woburn. I did a walk-in and recently moved here from CA for school so was trying to find a good barbershop. Found their page on Yelp, and found their Instagram and decided to take the risk of going to a new barber. Woburn Barbershop did not disappoint!I loved how clean the shop was, and I felt great energy from all the barbers and staff. Darren made me feel so welcomed and made sure my cut came out sharp. Super satisfied with my experience here, and will definitely use their online appointment system next time!”
“I just went to this Star Market a couple days before Thanksgiving and was extremely impressed with how well stocked they are. I was able to find everything I needed to make all my holiday dishes. They were not low on anything. As with many Star Markets in the Boston area, this one has a Starbucks onsite which is nice if you want a coffee while going about your shopping. It's bright and clean.I am deducting one star because it would be nice if they had more organic produce and a better fish section.Star is moderately priced- more expensive than Market Basket, but cheap compared to Whole Foods. Their Signature store brand has quality products.Customer service is a mixed bag. I've had some experiences where an associate had no idea where to find something and didn't make an effort to help me and other times, someone takes me down to a particular aisle to show me where an item is located.Overall, a solid place to buy groceries!”
“I was checking out with a couple buddies of mine and we happened to be in the checkout lane of a young man named Avery Orlando. Avery was such a nice kid and was swift with our checkout process. He greeted us with a charming smile and asked about how we were doing. It almost felt like I was having a conversation with a long time friend. I think that Avery deserves a big time raise for the environment that he had provided us. We have the young man a gracious tip along with an Arizona for the young and hardworking man. Amazing, 11/10 service”
“This review is primarily about the prepared food section which is enormous. It rivals Wegmans in terms of size and variety. Okay, Wegmans does have the edge, but the prices are far better here. From the delicatessen, to the La Carte prepared entries, bakery, Noodle bar, sushi bar, lots of chicken choices, many dozens of ready to eat meals plus many made to order choices in all these spaces. I've never had good supermarket sushi some reluctant to try but even that looks better than most. It's right next to the fresh produce section which I must say looks a heck of a lot better than any other Star Market I've been to. On the spectrum from Whole Foods and Russo's to Lambert's at the low end, I have to say this Market is closest to Whole Foods in terms of presentation and the freshness look of the products. They must do a big business in prepared foods because it's very well staffed. The cheese Shop looks pretty good too, and they sell wine. Okay, I tried the spicy tuna sushi because it was on promo sale for six bucks. I thought you wasn't bad but keep in mind I'm here at 11:00 in the morning. Your experience picking sushi after it's sat all day maybe different.”
“Customer service by both Elis and the teller were excellent. Elis came right up to me, without even asking me if I had an account with them and treated me like I was their own. I needed a lot of quarters and he got them for me right away. Also, I had a lot of loose change that I wanted to count and trade in for more quarters and he gave me an office and a coin counter to count them. I feel like many banks would not give you the time of day for small requests such as this.”
“So I had several dealings with whom I presume was the Manager on Duty this evening. (She was a brunette white woman in her 20s, probably 5'6". I didn't get her name.) She really blew me away with her efficiency: in the span of 5 minutes that I was in the store, she supervised the self-checkout area, unlocked the customer service area and helped me return a Fedex package, removed several mis-scanned items from my cart, and found a lost credit card. All with a smile.”

“Mass Bay has been nothing but a positive experience since joining last year. Not only do I like the benefits of being a shareholder versus a bank, but I feel respected and I am confident in their business. The staff are all friendly, patient and professional. Julia, who was helping me, played with my 18 month old so I could make deposits. They also have a coin machine that doesn't cost anything to use! No rolling coins!”
