The girls at the kiosk in the auburn mall are VERY rude and rip people off!! The manager rings your items up and applies the "protection plan" THEN tells you your total.. they do not ask if you want to "purchase" this plan.. she just adds it in on her own without asking if you want it or even explain how this plan even works.. after reading the reviews I can see that this plan does NOT cover everything like they say! There is one other girl there that has the absolute worst attitude! If you ask her a question, she rolls her eyes .. if you take "too long" she starts slamming things and walking around talking about you to the other workers including the manager Melissa.. Melissa may "seem" very nice to your face, but if you stand back and watch and listen, you can see that she chimes right in with the other girl with the rotten attitude laughing with her at you when she should be repremanding her for her rotten attitude and poor customer service!

If this is the one near the food court, go there. The are a smaller store compared to the second one further down the mall but they have more varieties. I do find the second location closed sometimes which is how I found out about the one near the food court. I believe her name is Monica and The other Jerry. I usually don’t spend any longer than 10mins but these two women are unbelievable. Time didn’t exist when speaking to these women. Both helpful and empathetic. The atmosphere here with these women is a place I brought my children to get their ears pierced. Excellent service ladies. I’ll be returning AGAIN. My wife’s going to get jealous haha ?

The Banter on the Kay Jewelers side of the Auburn Mall is the one I'm writing about. The employee was sitting in the massage chair in clear site of my wife, daughter and I and never once said anything to us. If she was on a break she could of said something to us but never once said a word even though we clearly waited at her stand. We even eventually left walking right by her. I went back later to verify that she was the one working and confronted her. I have reported her to corporate and we will see if they do anything about her.... She definitely needs to be fired or they will definitely lose any and all future business from us.
