I like this store, however the ladies restroom needs maintenance, one stall door is broken and won’t close, and in another stall, the toilet is clogged and won’t flush. Please fix those issues.

I used to love this store. It’s turned into a dump. The selection is awful, the floor and fitting room employees ALL think you’re stealing and are not even discrete about it, the management stands around yapping and laughing while the cashiers are overwhelmed and the ringing phones go unanswered, and some of the cashiers are very strange, ignorant, and clearly lack critical thinking/soft skills in general. Never going again and the store manager should be ashamed

I would say overall, the store is good. On the smaller side of all the other TJ Maxx, I have been to. I would love to give a shout out to Olivia the cash me out At the register. She was a little too talkative, but was entertained and Engaged with me Throughout the whole process.

We had such a strange encounter here today. I was asked by the lady at the fitting room to show the items that I was keeping … as it was company “policy” but she was so rude about it and snobby it almost insinuating that things were being taken in the stroller to possibly be stolen. It was embarrassing.

I stopped in to look at the Christmas selection and I was not disappointed. So many great items to choose from and the prices were incredibly reasonable. A friendly sales associate, Makayla, asked if I needed help and there were several employees around organizing shelves and picking up. I will be coming back again soon!

I would like to Thank the employee’s at TJ Maxxs in Auburn for helping round up a sad little dog in the parking lot today (11/2/23) especially Stephanie who stayed out in the cold with no jacket on, to comfort this poor loss baby from taking off before Animal Control arrived! There were also 2 other employees who helped us too! Truly blessed to have such good hearted employees!
