I went to the grocery store for my first time and had an excellent experience. I went in the middle of the day in the parking lot had plenty of space. I entered the trailer and was still able to find a few spots where I could park upon entering everything was festive and Set up for the holidays. Everyone was extremely friendly and all the shelves were stocked properly. Not a single complaint.

I recently attempted to contact the manager to express my appreciation for the customer service from every single one of the staff on every occasion that I visit.
Recently, Tim at the deli was kind enough to go into the back and retrieve pizza dough for me and he saved pizza night at my house as a result. The staff are so warm, accommodating and professional.
I did call the store out of apple nation, but the manager missed my call.
I appreciate you all at Auburn Shaw's!

This grocery store, specifically the Seafood department employees, is exceptional to say the least. My family decided to throw a clam bake on Memorial Day. Everywhere we called couldn't accommodate our large order of 18 lobsters and 15 lbs. of steamers. Shaws in Auburn took on the challenge to not only provide us with this amount of seafood but also steamed the lobsters and little neck clams. The food was fresh, clean and so delicious! I never shopped there before, but will now gladly be their customer!

Very convenient since i live close by. Store has a decent collection of items, including this nice cheese selection. Very well maintained, too.

This place is run-down and disorganized. Several of the food sections are spread out around corners or different isles. Lighting is dim and everything is beyond worn out. There are frequently lines at the checkout. Positive points for accepting mobile payments.
