Had to replace a drive tire and a trailer tire. Called and got what I consider a fair price for the quote. They were working on my rig within 15 min of arriving. Took just about an hour to do the work. The people in the office are super nice and were welcoming. Ended up paying less than what was quoted because the service advisor came up with a better plan for the tires, and she ended up saving me $100. They definitely earned a repeat customer.
Will be bringing my rig to them whenever I am in the area and need tire repair.
(They also do road service)

Really good selection of tires, ok prices for the northeast.
But the service is terrible. The mechanic who installed my Michelin steer tires, made some deep scratches on the surface of the rims, which is not a big deal. Also he forgot to clean the rims from old weights before balancing. And of course my truck was wobbling after 60mph. Problem was solved 100 miles away at the first Love’s truck stop. The Love’s mechanic removed 16oz of unnecessary weight.
I would buy tires here again, but install them somewhere else.

Very rude saff! Soon a I pulled in Sarah behind the desk had an attitude. And one of the other workers also had an attitude. Don't recommend doing business here! Go somewhere else

Went in today for a damaged rim/tire on my Trailer.the hospitality and service at this place is top-notch. Going in expecting to pay for a rim and tire. They told me no need to waste money on the tire, Your tire is fine. we all know the average shop would’ve took my money in a heartbeat and sent me on my way.I want to say I was there 25 minutes tops they had me in and out of there. I would like to give a special shout out to the service lady Sara, as well as the guys who worked on my trailer. Sara is the best,very knowledgeable on Everything I asked her.her attitude and kind words helped make my rough day much better.THANK YOU AGAIN you guys are greatly appreciated by me.

Checked in for two steer tires on a NATIONAL ACCOUNT, through C.R. England.
I checked in with the front desk lady. She came out and asked how I would pay for the service. I explained by my credit/ debit card, or Fleet cheque, whichever she preferred. She said if an EFS cheque, she would need an authorization code ahead of service. I said I would pay upfront if they needed me to. She asked the same question over and over, and I gave her the same answer. She made a comment stating that my people often have issues paying bills. Surprised? Not at all! At her comment, I asked her if I was white, would she ask same question more than four times? She answered, she wanted to be sure I had money to pay the bill. She went back and called the shop manager, who asked me the same question over three times. I answered the same. He said they wouldn't put the tires on, and I must leave the facility, which I did. At this point, it was clear, evident of their attitude and motive. He threatened to call the police on me, which I told him to do
I said to him he is racist and asked for a manager. He gave me a cooperate business card with a phone number. I called and reported the matter to their Cooperate office. The representative checked my company business record with this tire company. She apologized for the situation and promised a follow-up on why these two individuals acted this way with me.
This location manager is the most unreasonable man, in my opinion.
This manager has responded, suggesting I take down this review, yet not owning up to how they treated me! He switched the situation around, suggesting maybe I was having a bad day! I challenge him to
verify I had offered to pay for the service upfront yet with fury, and in the presence of another man, he told me to leave the facility.

I tried to get air added to a couple of my truck tires, there were no customers or
vehicles in the bays..They said it would be hours or possibly a day before they could add air to my tires. Unless there was something I was missing, you seem to be unconcerned about new customers, since I have a fleet of trucks, and you will be missing out on my business

Loren, Sarah, and the team at STTC have been a joy to work with countless times, to include an instance that happened yesterday. I brought in a truck with some urgent tire needs. Sarah took care of it and had me back on the road with two brand new tires in just a couple of hours.The level of service that we receive from STTC in Auburn is second to none.
