“So I gotta be real about the guys working here, Isai and Angel. They're both really solid guys. It was my first time renting a storage unit, and they walked us through the process after I had made an online booking. I drove down a big UHaul van, parked in the space off to the side of the office, and made small talk with them while Isai checked on my reservation. He gave me clear directions on where to drive to find my unit, and how to enter the facility with the gate code. I kept getting the gate code wrong, went back in inside to ask them what it was, and they went through it again with me without any hint of condescension. They told us to let them know if the rolling cart in the unit wasn't there; it was there. They also kept an eye on us over the camera in case my boyfriend and I needed help once we got to the storage unit. Everything was in tip-top shape, and I have absolutely no complaints about getting a storage unit here. Everything was clean, especially when it came to the indoor units, and the lock we were provided was there as promised. Would ten outta ten recommend this location if you want to feel like you're storing your belongings with solid guys.”

The first unit I got was too small and I changed over to the next size without a problem and it only cost me 30 more dollars they took the difference from my first unit and added it to the second Also they help me move my things no other storage unit has ever done that for me thank you for your help”

“Very helpful experience. They even allowed me to load my stuff a little after the closing time considering we couldn't start loading until after 2:45. I would have preferred if they opened the case for the locker lock since it was sealed tight, but I managed. Also a little tight with one of the trolleys getting around the corners.”

“I’m giving a 4 star for now as I’ve just recently become a customer at Extra Space. I was having an issue getting the rate it showed online, so I ended up calling the main number and spoke to an awesome rep Ed in Myrtle Beach, SC who had a great attitude and was very personable. He took care of me and got my new account all set up in no time. I haven’t dealt with or met the local people at my specific storage yet and am hoping they are atleast half as good as Ed was.”

“I had a great experience at 10x - their facilities are top notch, and they run an honest business.The facility I used (Pullman Street in Worcester) was staffed regularly, always spotlessly clean, climate controlled, and the staff was always responsive with questions.Previously, I was at a competitor. I had a small 5x10 unit, outdoor access, not climate controlled, and part-time attendant. I went there because it was close, and they had a "first month free" offer. I never actually got that free month, and they raised my rates twice in a six month period by a large amount. At first, it was $85/month, then two months in it was raised to $133/mo; then I got a notice in November that it would be raised to $180/mo right before Christmas. I decided it was time to move out and find some place better.I got a unit at 10x Self Storage on Pullman Street. The unit was 10x10 (actually a little bigger), indoor, and climate controlled. At $175/mo, it was a tad cheaper than my previous unit with waymore benefits. They offered 50% off for the first three months, and actually stuck by the offer (unlike the previous place that never gave me the promised free month). I used the 10x10 for a year, then downsized to a smaller 5x5 unit at $59/mo before moving out (I no longer needed extra storage).I really appreciate a company that doesn't bait-and-switch, and that doesn't get you into a unit only to jack your rates up. I found 10x to be an honest business, top quality, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them, and would also use their facilities again.”
“Excellent experience. Upfront with pricing. Informed when the set increases will take place and how much. No evidence of mice coming in over the winter. Used e**** sp*** storage in the past and was hit with unannounced 50% increase's. Would definitely recommend Cubesmart in Webster!”

“Easy to set up online. Had to stop to customer service when moving in because my email autocorrected to a wrong address. The attendant was very helpful and even showed me where to go. I cleaned out my unit after hours the day before the bill was due. Before I even went online to close the unit they had noticed the unit was emptied and not locked. They closed it out for me and sent a text making it super easy! Would definitely rent here again.”

“Good rental and great service but the whole return after hours process was awful and I don't recommend it. I didn't know I had to download the app and the app wasn't loading very well at all and was downright awful. I wound up finding a web link next to the key return and struggled through using it because of loading times. It took me 40 minutes to return the truck which is unacceptable.Uhaul at this location should have a wifi guest network near the building that I can connect to if service is bad so that I can take a normal amount of time to do this. 40 minutes is unacceptable and it makes me hesitant to ever return after hours again. I'd advise against it. Also, if the account holder and driver are two different people, the driver returning the vehicle should be able to do the return process without having to reach out to the account holder. It was an incredibly long and arduous process and it really shouldn't have been.”

Even though they were super busy (two employees called out 30 minutes before opening), they worked extra hard to help me get my car on the trailer to start my cross-country journey.
