Tech failed to reconnect hose and flooded our basement. We are still waiting on Sears claims dept to contact us. This was 3 days ago. FYI... it takes 3 days for mold to start the growth process!

Don't expect a sales rep to help you in the appliances department. They either stand around chit-chatting with eachother, or completely ignore you. Sorry, we'll go to BestBuy instead!
