No star from me I was there last night take 900 out and the atm give 800 don't like this bank will not use it again I care is my back ill go some were els.... I lost 100 dollar the atm did not flgive me ?????

1 person working a line of 6 at /pm in the afternoon on a Thursday??? I will be switching banks. Waiting in line for 30 minutes is ridiculous

2 times, I come here to the drive thru and same experience, no car line but 8 plus minutes waiting for someone to take my card and start working.ATM down due to service, which I understand.2 times I had to call the teller to return my card due to lack of attention to me. As courtesy the person says ‘Sorry about that’ ….Either hire tellers at this location or simply close the doors.Will soon close my account with Santander BanK.

Been in this location since they were sovereign and with Santander since I lived in Puerto Rico over 20 years now, love this bank and the location is very close to me, plus the online services they offer are easy and fast.

Good Experience here. They fixed my debit card issue quickly. The stuffed pigs on the counter are an added plus and lighten the mood.

Cash or let me deposit my stimulous check. I am unable to do this, told to me from the manager. I am told I have to open a new account with my wife also in it. This is unreasonable! My wife is bedridden and cannot go to the bank; she is 76 years old. What about people who don't have an account anywhere? I feel I am going to have to go to another bank and close accounts at this bank.
