*** ATTENTION *** Read full review before deciding to purchase a car from this dealer!My son drove an hour and a half from New Hampshire to this dealership to view a Chevy Cobalt. Before leaving we were told at the last minute that the vehicle had, "some front end damage."The dealer knew the distance we were traveling from at the time of the communications. Furthermore, at the onset, the dealers communication was excellent.Upon arrival to Route 12 Automotive my son checked the vehicle. We noticed a small puddle under the vehicle on the asphalt. The dealer did not know anything about then vehicle as he stated, "We just got it in."We then noticed that the front tires were balled. When we mentioned this he stated that he would put new tires on and lower the price slightly. We then asked if we could put the computer on and check the engine to which he obliged. The vehicle only threw a sensor code for the ait exchange. At that time my son asked if the vehicle would pass inspection. The dealer said that it would. At that time my son offered to purchase the vehicle knowing that the State of Massachusetts has strong used car laws that protect the consumer.The negotiated amount of money was paid and the paperwork was signed. We then left the business and traveled back to New Hampshire. My son called, text, and messaged several times asking for a pick up time for the vehicle. At this time returned messages were few and far between. It took an entire day to negotiate a pick up time for the vehicle. Finally, it was agreed that the keys would be left in the vehicle and we could pick it up after hours. We did.Upon our return to New Hampshire the vehicle was brought to a local certified New Hampshire inspection station where my son was told that the vehicle needed $2000 worth of work to pass a safety inspection. That work included brakes, engine and minor body work. My son called the dealer and left several messages. No calls, texts, or messages were returned. My son then threatened legal repercussions which caught the dealer's attention because he finally returned a call.Avoid this used car dealership at all costs. Once they have you money they become non-existant. We will be contacting the State of Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau on Monday morning and legal action will be taken as well. Very sad. This dealership is the reason why no one trusts used car salesmen.I have left many reviews for excellent customer service and business relations. This is by far the worst review I have had the displeasure of giving. This review was left on 7/30/2022 @ 0900 hours. If the dealer wishes to make this right and make suitable arrangements for the vehicle to meet the minimal New Hampshire inspection requirements, I will indicate as such in a follow-up addition.

This place is terrible. I went and purchased a vehicle. I had it for 2 days and the motor blew. They told me I had to pay 1100 for a new motor but there was supposed to be a 30 day warranty. Crooks!

I was traveling with my sister from NY to Maine and debris from the road disabled the car. Andrew recognized we were traveling. He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost. I was so grateful and impressed at his compassion to understand the stress of traveling and breaking down. He made my car a priority without an appointment and did not take advantage of a weary traveler. Highly recommend this service station and this team. Thank you Andrew!Service: Exhaust

I bought a 2007 volkswagen rabbit from there. It is surprising how many places just throw cars out there and do nothing to them. I went here looking and cars were cleaned up and very well taken care of. The service was awesome and felt comfortable not pressured. I extremely recommend going here and checking them out.
