Horrible! I have been in for bloodwork before and may have come out with a small bruise but NEVER have I been given a bruise with a huge bump! A hematoma!! Unacceptable!! Every patient deserves the same time and patience. Even if you are running behind or there was something going on take your time with every patient. Haven't been able to use my arm all day!

Lady that helped my fiance was very nice. Lady that helped the elderly patient that was 102 was extremely rude to them. I get that they’re old and confused but they still deserve respect.

The staff is ok but efficiency of office to receive faxes for blood from medical offices is terribleNo matter what quest I use it’s always a problemToday I was told they had no order and when I contacted md office to refax order quest said it would take at least 40 minutesThe system they have to look up orders is unbelievableThey have to know date order was faxed and then go into that date and open every order to see if it has your name on itHow bout just giving patients order by email and just a paper copy as faxes just don’t seem to work and the time it takes to look up something in quest system is very time consumingI also called before coming to check on whether or not they received orderPushed option 4 but they were not able to connect u to a person who could confirm or not as to whether or not they had orderWhen I was driving in I received text to check box when I arrived which I did but it didn’t work so had to check in anywayReally inefficient systemThere is no longer a person to answer phone or check u inJust the useless computer system which usually doesn’t workGotta love those kiosksAren’t there enough unemployed people to hire someone to answer the phone verses the vm with multiple options ???Just another wonderful experience at quest I must say ?

Quest diagnostics out of Reliant Medical Group in Auburn Ma had an amazing staff and the phlebotomist Brianna T, and Tracy R were extremely professional and working with my son who is only two years old were able to keep him calm and draw blood on the first attempt. I just want to say thank you so much for your great work and professionalism. I highly recommend them. People need to remember don’t just right a review that’s negative. If someone does a great job. Give them recognition!

Just spent 10+ minutes trying to make an appointment, after listening to multiple computer prompts and providing all the requested information. After doing all that and waiting on hold, the computer came back and said "Sorry, having technical difficulties. Please call back. " I couldn't get through to a real person and never got my appointment. I'm going to recommend to my doctors to dump these clowns.

Place sucks, I'll never go back. Signed in, had to wait 40 minutes then had to sign in again not knowing you need to to do it again wasted an hour.

This was so easy and so fast. Not many people know of this location. I made the appointment from home, checked in on my phone as I was walking in the door, and barely had my bum on the chair before someone came to greet me. The staff that drew my labs was super friendly and fast. I have follow up blood work and will be heading to same location. Super profession and easy.

Quick service and Sandra was amazing! I have small veins and she did a fabulous job finding them and was very professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely go anytime I need blood work.

My primary ordered lab work for me last week. Wasn't sure if I needed to fast or not. I tried to call. No luck. Just an automated system that doesn't connect you with anybody. That's the reason for the 4 out of 5. It's not possible to reach anybody at all to ask anything. ***Ask your primary about this, or else you might have to make another trip to the lab.***I went in on 01/05/2023. Check in on the kiosk was quick. The kiosk said the next availability wasn't for about another 20 minutes. So I sat down. 2 minutes later, they were ready for me. The phlebotomist told me that fasting directions would come from the doctor ordering the blood work. But I'm glad I fasted anyways, or else I would have had to go back another day.The phlebotomist was very polite. Because my testing was submitted via eRequest, she was able to pull the orders straight from their system. That worked out great for me, because I forgot the paperwork in the car and it was raining out, so I had absolutely 0 desire to go back outside. I'm petrified of needles and the phlebotomist even counted to 3 for me. Lol. This was probably one of the quickest blood draws I've ever had. I highly doubt that I was in there for more than 12 minutes.Again, the 1 star deduction is because of the inability to reach a live person when you call.

Agree with last post about staff being rude and hostile. They actually told me that they would not draw my blood unless I paid an outstanding balance. I explained that the doctor submitted the wrong diagnosis code and that they had resubmitted the charge with the right code and insurance company would pay in full. I felt like my back was up against a wall because I needed to have my blood drawn. They would not do it unless I paid the bill so I had to put it on my charge card. Needless to say, I was notified 2 days later by my insurance company that they had just paid that charge! Quest should be ashamed that they make their staff treat patients like that. It’s not the phlebotomists fault because they are told to do that. I’ll think twice about using Quest again even if I have to pay out of pocket.

The worst on line experience I've ever had. After 10 minutes of trying to make an appointment I was told he didn't understand and was unable to help me and to go on line which is where I began in the first place. Not once did it say I could talk to a real person.

Worst and most unprofessional people working. Unhelpful. Had to call 6 times to find some help for an up charged bill that was check a upon prior to testing.
