Always helpful and very efficient.The facility is immaculate.The waiting area is well-appointed with comfortable seating and a clean beverage area for patrons.That is a definite plus for me because I live 45 minutes away from Auburn and have to wait while I get services.

I hope this review prevents others from making the mistake of going to IRA Ford.I'll keep this short but I paid over $6,000 for a "new" transmission and not even 1,200 miles later it failed (I had to even get it towed). The new dealership that I took it to had a paragraph of issues wrong with the transmission and said I needed a new one. At this point I was out of a car for a month. This is absolutely unacceptable that I would pay that amount just to be told 60 days later that I needed a new one and the condition of the one in there was definitely not that of a "new" transmission.I reached out to IRA Ford to let them know and was understandably frustrated and asked for some kind of refund/reimbursement for the simple fact that I did not get what I paid for. Their service manager Jim literally told me we put it in correctly so they did everything right and I need to reach out to Ford because it's not their fault the transmission was bad. This whole experience has been unacceptable from the beginning, from terrible communication to an unexpected $1,000 core service charge that they had to take off my Bill (yes that would have costed me over $7,000 if my husband didn't step in and question it) end everything in between.Everyone I have talked to about this situation has questioned if this was a legit Ford dealership because they are as astonished as I am by what happened. I am reaching out to Ford to let them know about the awful experience.

I am unable to give you more than 1 star as the service we have received was unacceptable. We waited 3 months to get our vehicle back and during those 3 months we were told it would be ready every week for the last 8 weeks. On the day we were told it was ready we showed up @3:30 and spoke to the service manager Jim who told us the truck would be ready soon . At 5pm I went back to speak with service manager Jim to find out he had left for the day. Now I was left to deal with Kyle who was one of the rudest and most condescending people I've dealt with. He walked away and along came Tonya who was the nicest and most helpful person that I have dealt with at Ira Ford Auburn. She deserves 5 stars and she should be the role model for everyone who works in service because the rest of the staff fail miserably.

Ira Ford in Auburn has been. Excellent! Fast service and my advisor Kyle texts me every step of the way. They send video of the work they completed with a full report. You can approve or deny service real time without leaving the waiting room. I walked to BJ's next door and shopped while my bronco was getting service. Highly Recommend

My first time at Ira Ford and very pleasedwith their experience fixing my 2007 Ford Freestyle vehicle. I had trouble with my car radio calling out the speed limit every 5 minutes while driving and they fixed it at no charge. They were very knowledgeable on what problems I hadand they fixed my AC because I could only let it go as low as 65 degrees and they adjusted the temp setting to bring it down to a cooler 60 degrees.I won’t go to Jiffy Lube again to get my oil change as they stripped my oil pan oil plug and Ira Ford replaced it for me.They also gave me a ride back to my home shortly after I checked in, so I didn’t have to wait there at the dealership and I wasn’t charged for it.I will definitely use Ira Ford dealership to bring my auto back to! Pleased with their service!!

This dealership is the absolute worst. My wife broke down on her way home from Boston MA and was able to get her ford Escape to them to have them fix it. Kevin DiPietro was the service representative who helped her out. he told her her that the quickest way to fix the issue would be to replace the transmission all together. they quoted us $6447.42. we asked if there were any other alternatives that might be cheaper and Kevin said no this is the safest option. so we agreed to get it fixed. upon pickup day, the total was now $7500 and when we said that's not what you quoted us, they quickly changed it back to the quote that we received. so they were just gonna have us pay an extra $1000 and not say anything unless we noticed. first of all that is shady business and automatically makes us not trust them as a business. after bringing the car back home, my wife still didn't feel comfortable driving it so she drove my car. when we got home she called the Service manager and explained the shady tactics with the $1000 charge and he said that they have since Fired Kevin DiPietro and that he's sorry for the inconvenience. this past Saturday.. she had to drive her ford escape and it started doing exactly what it did before. when the transmission clunks it jerks the car forward pretty violently and if she was going on the highway this would have been a major safety concern. we have been trying to contact them for a week now, we have also sent the service manager two direct emails trying to see what they are going to do about this. he does not answer his phone and the rest of the service staff doesn't either.

We had an amazing experience with Ryan Celli after going to a local dealership in our own state that we have dealt with for years but had changed names and did nothing for us...Ira was amazing and did it with in 24hrs not even and of course bought a brand new car from Ira .. I would HIGHLY recommend Ira Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car... Ryan Celli and Andrew Pappas was absolutely amazing and got stuff done so fast we were amazed by them !! We love our new car !!The Silva's

My husband and i were in search of a pre-owned car about 4 years ago and we decided to come to ford. Our salesman, Kyle was wonderful. This time around we decided to go back and we’re very happy to see Kyle again! He is very personable and was thankfully very patient with us in our search for another vehicle. Everyone there is very nice and we will definitely be going back again when we are looking to trade in!

One of the worse experiences I have ever had. 1 star is being generous. Sales guy was unprofessional, rude, judgmental, and nasty. It felt like he took one look at me and instantly decided I couldn't afford a Bronco and practically told me I was wasting his time less than a minute into our conversation. It was insane and embarrassing. Still can't believe this happened to me. If you go and shop here, I hope you don't have the experience I had.

Customer service is excellent!! Communication could use some work. I called to check on the status of my vehicle at 11am and was told it was being worked on. Called a few hours later and was told the tech wouldn’t be able to get to it today even after being told it was being worked on. Very frustrating. Called the service manager several times and left 2 messages over 2 days and never returned my calls. Again very frustrating. They did deliver my vehicle to me which was awesome!!

If I didnt need to go there for something covered under warranty i wouldn't.Went in April and part had to be ordered. kept checking by back on status of order and told still waiting. Go back in August to check again and was told guy that ordered part was no longer there but they had the part. Scheduled day to go in, dropped off car at 7:45a didn't hear back till 2p that they didn't have all parts, needed to reschedule, went to pick up car and car was never moved. Rescheduled for the following week. Dropped off again at 7:45a.Didn't hear back til I called at 4p, they just brought it in. Didn't get car til 6pm. What is the point of having appt and dropping off that early?The kicker is,as driving home engine light came on. (Original issue) drive back again next day and was told it was something else not related to why it was there.Brought to my mechanic and ran diagnostics and sure enough they forgot to reset sensor.

After doing some research through Consumer Reports and other resources, I had chosen a couple of models of interest. I looked at dealerships in Southern Worcester County and opted to work with Ira because of the reviews and some of the inventory I saw online. Unfortunately, several models I wanted to see were no longer available. I worked with Gene; he was fantastic. He helped me find a car that met my needs and then some. Equally important, he walked me through the features of the car and helped me set up communications which was new to me. He was also upfront about the things I wouldn't be getting.I appreciate Gene's efforts to make this a win-win and give me the best experience possible. At this junction, I would put Ira dealerships first on my list for future business.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I brought in my car to this service station to have a recall fixed and get inspected. They had my car for a few days in order to do this (although they said it would only take half a day). I called to find out when my car would be returned to me, they informed me it failed inspection but they were able to fix 2 of the 3 recalls I had requested. I didn’t want to pay dealership prices to get the issues fixed so they agreed to bring it to my home that evening. Around 5:00 pm my car still hadn’t been returned. I called to find out where is was… not only had they completely forgotten but they couldn’t find my car keys!!! Around 7:00 they finally returned my car for me! They did not provide me with ANY paperwork on what had been done nor did they give me the failed inspection report which I would have needed should I get pulled over before getting re-inspected. I called a few days later to find out about the other recall and the employee asked me if I wanted to pick up my car!! They didn’t even make a note that my car had been returned!! Any could have taken it off the lot unknown to them, ridiculous! Anyway, I have been calling to get the third recall sorted out and they are ducking my calls, i’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes with no answer and left voicemails for the manager with no response. If this is how ford treats their loyal customers I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dave was the salesman helping me, extremely kind and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all but did absolutely everything he could to help me find the right vehicle. The General manager even reached out to help as well. Didn’t end up buying anything but this is how much of an impression they left. Very nice group of people

My service advisor Kevin was awesome. I was having a transmission problem they were able to get it running smoothly and shifting right again fingers crossed that the problem is solved now.
