Un responsive, not shocking,! Your typical "pack it in early" insurance agent. Do not waste much time reaching out, thankfully I didn't and was able to secure great savings elsewhere.I did Reach out! Was sent in to the "Q" for an excessive amount of time making it impossible to leave a VM.

Brian got me on a new affordable policy within 1 day of me reaching out. I couldn't recommend Premier Shield enough. I was so happy and relieved that he was able to get my registration renewed without a trip to the DMV, too. They saved me time, money, and my sanity. Please support this company, they deserve all the business - especially Brian! When the time comes and I need home insurance, I already know where I'm going! Great communication and service.
