Same complaint as many others. They don't honor the warranty. Gave very lame excuses why it was not covered stating it was improperly charged. Didn't matter that two of these were connected together in a normal RV configuration. Other battery is perfect and charging (automatic thru RV) is done through both at the same time. Recommend you buy elsewhere, save yourself the headache.

Probably the easiest auto shop I've ever been to. Batteries, what do I know? The shop in Providence is great. They know what they are doing, and do it right. I'm very happy.
