My wife and I have been loyal customers of Namco in Auburn for several years and we have purchased a significant number of products from them.In the last few years with new management, we found their customer service to be world class, always very attentive and accommodating.Our most recent experience with Joe and Mike found us needing a particular replacement part, and they went out of their way to help us solve our problem. I would highly recommend using Namco in Auburn for all your pool and outdoor recreation needs.

We had exceptional service at Namco. Mike and Joe were wonderful to work with. They helped us pick out a nice patio set as well as a new pool. They answered all of our questions and made the process quick and easy.

Mike and Joe at Namco are fabulous. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. Purchased an above ground pool and hot tub from them. Great service and quality products.

Finally! Purchased the hot tub I’ve always wanted!! Cost was less than anticipated. :) Service providers were excellent. Special shout out to Joseph Michael! Thank you! Delivery was good, make sure your measurements are correct!! I’ll add photos when I get a chance..too excited to try it out. Which we did, absolutely love it. Relaxing, body, muscles, joints feel awesome. Really cannot say enough about it. We will be returning to add to our backyard “paradise.” Thanks again for your excellent customer service! I bought a Proline catridge filter and pump combo last September. Since then, catridge filters kept on bursting mysteriously. I informed the store and was given 2 more filters that also suffered the same fate. Finally, I was adviced to return the unit to store.Upon close inspection by the Namco pools staff, they noticed that i had set up the connections wrong. They not only fixed the problem but also gave maE a brand new catridge filter. Kudos .Now my pool is clear! I highly recommend Namco Pools for all your pool related troubles and supplies.

This store is a bunch of scam artists we’ve had endless issues with our pool and every product this place has pawned off on us. During installation a year ago the workers had a fist fight in the yard, were rude to my household and left all their garbage in the yard. They did not install a portion of the fence around the pool, and it took another two months for the additional fencing to arrive only for us to have to install it ourselves. The original pool cover they gave us did not fit, then they gave us two new ones that ripped and shredded when we removed them from the pool a year later. The pump they originally gave us was broken, and the one they replaced it with just cracked and is leaking all the water we just put in back out!

Purchased an above ground pool from Joe and he was very helpful in terms of getting me what I need, getting me a great price, and communicating about the process. I did shop around and Namco was by far the best price/value. Very satisfied and excited about my new purchase !

I bought my pool from namco about a year ago. I dealt with Mike and he was amazing!! he was very helpful and very knowledgeable when picking out my pool. Even now when i go in to buy my chemicals, he still helps anyway he can! he goes above and beyond for his customers!! When buying your pool ask for Mike!

We purchased a pool from Namco in January of 2023. Mike guided us through the process and was very knowledgeable about the different models/ sizes. We purchased a 24ft above ground pool and paid to have it installed as well. The install was done in April and was a fairly smooth process. The pool company who did the install was professional and easy to work with. So far everything seems to be working great and we’re happy with the new addition to our backyard. The employees at this location have continued to be helpful and have been great about answering questions.

I went to Namco in Auburn it was a very good experience. Joe was helping me thru the whole process and the assistance manager Mike got involved and help me with the permit and the plot plan. I ordered a 21 feet synergy above ground pool. I can not wait for the installation on June 6th 2023. Overall I got a great experience and highly recommend this place.
