Service was great. I had a Groupon for the store that had a $20 cash back feature on the coupon. The manager or employees didn’t know about this. I got the bill and the wanted $20 more than was in writing. Rather than getting $20 cash back they tried charge $20 over. Bad Business!

Went for an oil change and engine light issue. They turned off the engine light after doing a code scan and said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Very honest and courteous people. I've been going there for years and never had a problem. Highly recommend .

Decent service with quick turn around. Was straight forward with me and was able to solve my issue with my vehicle. Only reason I did not give a 5 star is because they did not protect my rims and scratched 2 out of the 4.

Had an appointment at 130. I arrived early was told the manager left and the tech didn't know what to do. I waited till he got back at about 2. I had originally asked for front pads and oil change. They removed my tires etc then came out and told me they couldn't do what I asked u less I also purchased rotors and calipers. I said no I didnt ask for that and was told oh well that's what they had to do I told them put it back together id go elsewhere. Went to firestone they did exactly what I asked informed me of the need for a caliper and rotor but didnt try and force me to buy it. And I paid less than quoted at monroe better price better service right across the street.

I had the absolute worst car experience of my life at this place after bringing my car in for brakes. What I thought would be a simple job turned into several months of follow-up visits and being sent to the Honda dealership to fix their mistake since they couldn't figure it out. The business would often be closed during listed hours or they were short staffed and couldn't help without multiple workers. They did compensate me for the dealership charge, but even that didn't go smoothly as I had to contact HR myself which took weeks. I was offered a free oil change as well which caused more damage to my car and they tried to cover it up with a zip tie which broke within 24 hours.
Attached is the full letter I wrote to HR requesting a refund for the $700+ nightmare requiring HOURS of follow-up on our end.

I went in on Saturday afternoon, they were super friendly and told me to make appt, they offered me 3pm, Perfect. For a very reasonable cost, I got a full service oil change, checked out my car from top to bottom, Did Not try to sell me any services or Air filter, or Cabin air filter just made a suggestion that my Tires might not make it through the winter, and told me when the best sales will be coming in November. Oh i dropped car off at 2 cause I went to Big E, and was done by 3. Super friendly. no pressure, great price.I’ve been back twice since my first post, both times treated professionally with fair and honest service.

I originally went to monro auto services for an oil change/ tire rotation. My simple request for an oil change and tire rotation, soon turned into me needing an air filter, new brakes and rotars for my rear end and new pads for my front brakes. The amount of money I would have to spend, kept increasing more and more as I sat in the waiting room. After being told I "needed" these things, I called my mom who promptly told me to "stop them from what they are doing, and run". Trusting my mother completely, I did exactly what she told me to do. Later on that evening, I returned home to my boyfriend who previously had been a mechanic for many years. He proceeded to look at myair filter and told me "I can see right through this air filter. You don't need a new one yet". He also looked at my front and back brakes and said "these brakes won't need to be done for another 3 or 4 pil changes". After being told that I don't need ANYTHING that these so called "professionals" said that I did, I was in shock and livid with the fact that I almost paid roughly under a GRAND for those things to be done. Upon leaving, I soon learned that my oil change and tire rotation was 106$ which is INSANELY overpriced! These men will do anything to overcharge and undervalue their customers! Don't go here.

Im usually a bit skeptical of these type of shops but I have always had a good experience at this location. It had been a little while since I had been here but went this week for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment over the phone for the same day and got taken on time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I usually mark a tire to make sure they get rotated but I could see the guys in the bay doing the work and they did everything they were supposed to including torquing the lug nuts rather than overtightening them with the pneumatic gun. They let me now what other work my car would need relatively soon and what services they offered but didn’t try to push me to let them do the work.

They were the only ones around that were open on New Year's Day and they did an excellent job changing my tire in a fraction of the time I was expecting ?
