Used to be that you could go here and a well dressed employee, in a suit, would help you get fitted for suits, shirts, shoes etc. However, the last 3 times (12 mo period) I've had no luck getting helped despite showing interest and shopping the store for up to 15 minutes. Also, nearly impossible to find tall sized shirts. Half their racks are bare.

Complete scammers, check price tag and the price at checkout they give you, it always differes $10-20 more per itemAlso they "mailed" and its 3 weeks in and half of the stuff hasnt arrived and what did was the wrong sizeMost imcompetent place ever

Buyer beware. This location is absolutely horrible. My wedding is this Friday October 13th. I ordered my tux through Leominster men’s wear house, they were great, no complaints from that location. Auburn location is absolutely horrible. My three stepsons and two nephews ordered through auburn (same tux) ages 3,5,8,12 &17. Not only did they charge me MORE for their tux’s than mine, but EVERY TUX had the wrong measurements. My nephews everything was too big. My youngest stepson had flood pants, a shirt too sizes too big, and his jacket was too small. My middle stepsons pants were way too big and his shirt too small. To make things even better, when we first brought them to get fitted the employee “taking care” of us said he had to go in back to get another jacket. 20 minutes later he came back smelling like cigarettes. Please people save yourself the misery of dealing with the employees at this location. They have no clue what they’re doing and some of them are very rude. One employee was rude to my brother when he went in, and of course his pants were the wrong measurements as well.

Horrible customer service . Spent a lot of money on a rental. Went to try it on , help was no where to be found . No one helped check fit . Very poor customer service . I do not recommend. Employees don't seem to care about their job. Do not go

Got measured for a tux and had to order in the specific one for the wedding. They ordered the wrong one in the wrong size and it took almost two weeks to get. I went online and ordered the correct one in the correct size and I got it in 3 days. They got two stars because the staff was nice, even if they can't place a correct order.

It is no wonder they have such a low rating!! If I could give a zero rating I would!My husband went into the Auburn, Ma store to rent a full suit for a wedding we were attending in California. $260He was picking the suit up in Calif. Everything was great.. go to calif., picked up the suit, tried it on in the store.. great length. All good.Until we are getting ready for the event and there are no belt loops. And he was not advised to get suspenders. Those tiny little cinch waist clips are a joke!We spent thousands to attend this wedding 4000 miles away and my husband spent the 2hours with his hands in his pockets so his pants wouldn’t fall down!We left right after dinner.I expressed my disappointment to the managers at the Auburn store and in the end they offered a $12 refund!No thanks! That is an insult to the consumer.Do your job!Make recommendations so that the customer will be comfortable in the product.My husband didn’t know to check for belts or ask for suspenders. That is the sales persons job!!And don’t insult us with a $12 compensation for missing a very special event we flew cross country to attend. Shame on you! You took our money and our chance to make lasting memories!

The worst possible place one can be.The service is horrible. Attendents are wasting time around, going in circles while a long queue of customers is waiting in line. Never was ignored on top of line this way.Should have read the reviews before coming here. Two wasted hours without any attention.

Had an appointment for 6 pm and when we arrived they said it would be an hour wait. They literally were rude about it. Their loss taking a walk in for a prom, we needed 15 suits for wedding party

TERRIBLE experience. Tall darker skinned man with blonde bun was extremely rude. Waited for over 3 hours for an appointment we booked same day because none of the staff told us we needed an appointment in order to be helped. No signs, nothing. While waiting AFTER being told we needed an appointment, multiple customers left upset due to similar reasons (this man being very rude). After waiting for hours, a new sales clerk who said she was new and shadowing was kind enough to make sure we were able to work with the other young gentleman. I forget his name but he was younger (I believe still in highschool). Luckily we got to work with him or I would have walked out. Answered every question thoroughly and was very nice. Asked to talk to manager about rude worker who could care less about customers but apparently she had left for the day. Anyway, this store needs to get their act together or they will be losing a lot of business. Oh and don’t rely off of appointments, your response will be nothing short of rude if you interact with tall darker skinned man with blonde hair. —> you shouldn’t be working in retail

This is the absolute worst retail store i've ever experienced. One gentleman walked around like he is so miserable and does not even acknowledge you are there. I though oh maybe he is just having a bad day, NOPE!! everytime I went in he was like this. The manager tried to sell pants to my son that were 5 inches bigger in the waist and inches beyond inches to long. She had no clue what she was doing. ONce we met with the tailor she told the same girl to go get a different coat because the one the girl recommended did not remotely fit. The tailor said to me she does not know what she is doing. I asked to hold a tie and they lost the tie. Then they promised the suit would be in on a certain day and time we go in and the first girl said it was not there. The second girl said the tailor was working on it!! I explained my son had left school and this was my lunch!! she said come back in 45 minutes!! I could not be there so when my son tried it on I was not there, WEll,,, it doe not fit. I call today which is two days before prom and the same miserable guy said there was no tailor there, Then said there is. Then said he would call me. I said you people never call!!! He said we may or may not be able to fix!!!!! rude, rude rude !!! do not go here!!
