This review is on behalf of my mom, Carol. We highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Lux Auto Plus in Auburn, MA.
The salesman, Anthony Moreau was very professional and knowledgeable. There was absolutely NO high pressure to purchase a vehicle. He took the time to thoroughly go over the options in the car. From test driving the car to closing the deal, the entire process was an enjoyable experience.
If you are looking for exceptional customer service, and a great selection of used vehicles, Lux Auto Plus in Auburn, MA is DEFINTELY the place to make your purchase!

I would not trust this dealer. Sales guy was very nice a did his job but needs to listen a little better when someone just wants info. But once he got his manager to try to push me in to a vehicle I did not want. Very unprofessional and arrogant. No customers info or mainly credit score or payments should never be discussed out in the open so the surrounding people can hear it. That is supposed to be done quietly or in an office. If I was the GM of this place I would fire Vinny. Maybe that would wipe that smug look off his face.

I could not be happier with the service we received at Lux Auto Plus. Everyone was so nice. Our salesman Anthony was exceptional. Not pushy at all, really listened to what I wanted and didn't. He has checked in a few times just to see how we were doing with the new car over the last few weeks. Absolutely recommended him and Lux!

Had the pleasure of working with Christian, at lux for my first car purchase on my own. Was very skeptical about going to Lux as I’d never heard of them before. After reading reviews I was given more confidence and I am thankful I did. I showed up test drove my GTI and after a week of going back and forth we got to a price that made sense. I got a good price on my trade in, was able to get the new car at the price I wanted and he answered all questions in a timely manner. I felt like he genuinely wanted to see me in that GTI as he could tell I was obsessed with the VW platform and I knew every detail about the GTI I was buying. He was able to make it so I could place a down payment on my GTI so that the car would not be sold while I was at work. I am from New Hampshire and the buying process is always a little more tedious but man! Lux auto plus got my car to me in 5 days took my trade in and off I was in my new GTI 6 speed. Can’t thank Christian enough for the honesty and integrity he showed even though I’m a younger guy!! Thank you to everyone at Lux for the amazing service and friendly service. After looking for a fairly specific truck for a while I found one that checked all the boxes at Lux Auto Plus. I made the drive down from NH and found the truck was exactly as advertised and just what I was looking for. Dan answered all my questions over the phone before I made the two hour drive down and was great to work with when I got to the dealership. They took my trade in at a very fair price and all the vehicles on their lot are priced to sell. I'd highly recommend Lux Auto Plus if you're looking for a good car at a great price and want a painless buying experience dealing with nothing but good people

Our experience at Lux Auto Plus was excellent, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by our dealer, Christian. We visited specifically to check out a Honda Fit, and Christian greeted us warmly and immediately showed a deep knowledge of the vehicle.
Christian patiently answered all our questions, explaining features and benefits in detail. His expertise and enthusiasm for the car were evident, which made us feel confident in our decision-making process.
