Highly recommend these guys, especially going through TOMMY. Buying my truck with lux auto was a very easy process. They made sure my needs were taken care of and took their time making sure i got what i came for. Tommy is your guy, my guy! He hooked it up big time. I couldnt be more happy with the whole deal.. I can't support a business that would block a sidewalk all morning and put people in danger. There are a lot of children and elderly people on this street.

Lux sucks don't buy from them they lie and they don't stand behind there cars the worst dealer I have ever been to and I worked at a dealer I know they are losers

I had the best experience there today. Anthony was awesome and wasn’t overbearing. They worked my financial situation and financed a payment I was comfortable with. I was able to take my new car same day. Going back tomorrow to get her detailed. Great experience overall.

I am not a fan of going to dealerships but i was pleasantly surprised working with Ralph Bass and the finance team at lux auto plus. There was no long wait and haggling just a good experience all around. Highly recommended.

I was inquiring about a vehicle that was in for a recall. I was told they would call me when the vehicle returned. I drove by and saw the vehicle on the lot. I called and was told sorry I was on vacation and the other guy was on vacation the car sold yesterday. Worst excuse I've heard in years. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service.

The sale department is filled with pretty cool customers. But they write checks there service can't cash. The dudes in the service garage will run up diagnosing a vehicle to charge you all these fees then tell you what they found isn't under warranty then charge you 100$ for plugging it into a machine for diagnosing that is free at any auto parts store to use. Essentially taking the money and sending you off to the next guy. I wouldn't recommend it. My friend had a similar issue with damage to her vehicle during warranty work.

This is the shadiest place ever. they sold me a car with a shit engine, then i went to get it fixed and they took 2 weeks when the said it'd take 2 days. every time i called they ignored my phone calls. then FINALLY when it was done, they didn't give me the paper work for my "warranty" that apparently doesn't exist and now my engine is STILL broken. this place is garbage, please don't make the same mistake i did and go somewhere trustworthy. all the reviews about how great Dan the salesman is, he probably wrote them himself. he asked for my phone after buying the car and wrote his own review AND posted it to my facebook. absolutely disgusted with this shady dealership.

This place is awful. They will promise you everything then beg you to give them a five star review. They will tell you you have to buy a extended warranty to get the car financed then if anything happens to the car say 3 days after you buy it they will tell you it's your fault and they are not honoring the warranty which they sold you. Wish I could give minus 10 stars stay away all the positive reviews are fake and if you read a few sound like the same person write them. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE. Read some reviews from there Newton store these guy are the reason no one trusts used car salesman.

I recently bought a car from them. Wonderful promises - terrible follow through. My key fobs (2) did not work when I bought the car. Rather than having it fixed professionally the salesman fiddled with it so it initially worked (this was after a week or so after I got the car.) Although he promised to he never got the other one looked at all. My locks started going crazy - continually trying to open (or lock) while I was driving. After I got out and locked the car, it would unlock at times. The horn would go off - many crazy, annoying and unsafe things. I kept calling to get it fixed, even e-mailed, and I kept getting put off. Almost 2 months and a lot of frustration turned into anger and it is finally fixed (while the salesman tried to make me feel guilty about having the issue addressed.) Also, a month before I bought my car, my daughter bought a car from them. After approx. 2 months, she had a blown head gasket (Lux Auto Plus was no real help with follow up). Also since the time she bought the car - the dashboard a/c hasn't worked and the navigational system is not working properly. She has also been in touch with them numerous times - nothing addressed yet. Empty promises. I would never go back to them.
