“Excellent service. Gabriel was very thorough in taking care of my Warranty jewelry to send out for dip. Mike assissted with checking the jewelry that has diamond bond coverage. Mike was also very knowledgeable about jewelry I was inquiring on in the cases. Luis was very friendly and assisted both Gabriel and Mike. I had many pieces for them to check. They were all very helpful and courteous. We have been coming to this Auburn location for 16 years and have purchased a lot of jewelry. You have a top notch team in these 3 guys.”

“If this is the one near the food court, go there. The are a smaller store compared to the second one further down the mall but they have more varieties. I do find the second location closed sometimes which is how I found out about the one near the food court. I believe her name is Monica and The other Jerry. I usually don’t spend any longer than 10mins but these two women are unbelievable. Time didn’t exist when speaking to these women. Both helpful and empathetic. The atmosphere here with these women is a place I brought my children to get their ears pierced. Excellent service ladies. I’ll be returning AGAIN. My wife’s going to get jealous haha ?”
