This man's customer service is awful. I nearly walked in the door and asked if he was interested in looking at my vette to see if he could help. He just gave me a look, said, I have no openings and I am booked for the entire year .Not hello. Not I am booked out a while . Not I don't do corvettes. Well, I am at least happy I found what he is like up front.

I've been going to Jax-Wax for 8+ years. I am always satisfied with the finished product. I was referred by a friend & never had any of my previous cars detailed...once I started going I have never stopped. The wax they put on before the winter just makes the snow slide right off my car. The inside of my car is cleaned so well that when a passenger gets in the car they always ask how do I keep my car soo clean. Jack & his crew defiantly take pride in their work & it shows.

I had my car detailed for the 2nd time now. Each time there's been great customer service in trying to find a time I was able to bring my car in. My husband has also had his car detailed. Each time we pick our cars up, they look and smell brand new! Amazing job! Thank you!!

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars that is what I would give them. Got a gift certificate 4 years ago to get my car detailed. And when I say I called numerous times a week and left numerous voicemails over the course of 4 years, I have yet to have a single person ever call me back to schedule an appointment. I have never in my life seen worse customer service in my entire life. I feel terrible my family member wasted their money on this place. Stay away and go somewhere that cares about customer service, and has the decency to at least return a call back.

Have been bringing cars there for 30+ years and the service is great, very friendly and the job they do on the vehicles is amazing. Cars always look brand new and for a very reasonable cost. Keep up the great work!

Wont return calls??? I don't get it. I know they are busy but to not even return a call...how arrogant. They are very busy so I guess they assume that the business will ALWAYS be there , but they are wrong. They too will fade away..and I am a repeat customer...so dissappointed.

Fantastic service. My car looked so good after being detailed at Jacks Wax, and it was very affordable. I've spent a lot more for a lot less. Highly recommend them.

I had made an appointment with Jax Wax in the winter time to detail and wax my car. Unfortunately the day I was supposed to come in, there was a snow storm. I called and reschedule. With my luck, there was another snow storm on the day of my rescheduled appointment. I called to reschedule and they wouldn't call me back. I called multiple times and have been ignored. I find that completely disrespectful and unprofessional that they can't even give me a call back. Why would I pay to get my car detailed to then drive it into a salt, snow, and ruin the work they did after 6 seconds of pulling out of the garage. Also, why would i risk my life to get my car detailed in a snow storm? So apparently this place doesn't care about customer service.
