“I had a great experience with this store and team. I had a very unusual situation with my father (who doesn't live in my city) that required in-person help from T-Mobile to get a physical SIM card ASAP and I'm so glad I chose this location. Their service was a slam-dunk.
I was able to:
- call this store right at opening and get someone on the phone who understood my problem and help me decide if this was the right course of action
- get expert caution/recommendation from the staff to help them help me by getting my family member pre-added to my account (because they knew exactly what problems I would face if I didn't help front-run the issue immediately)
- get a callback from them after my father had arrived
- get patient help from two staff members who carefully and calmly navigated my somewhat complex problem and unusual nature of my account
- have my father walk out with a working phone and a callback (on the proper T-mobile line) prior to his departure so that I knew he was OK
On this particularly busy day I literally would not have been able to handle the extra help needed for this. Without knowing what team I would need to count on, it's hard to express my initial apprehension and then how relieved I was that I got knowledgable and efficient help on par with some of my best IT enterprise partners with whom I have ever had the privilege of working.”
