“Stopped here for the night from Boston airport with plans to go to Tree House the following day. We got there late but (Rickey? I believe his name is) the check in process was super quick and extremely pleasant.
I'm get grossed out easily but I was extremely happy with the hotel and it was a nice comfortable sleep! I didn't notice any smell as another commenter wrote (I'm hyper sensitive to smells), I may have smelt something the next day in the halls but it wasn't anything deterring and it definitely didn't smell in the rooms.
My most nitpicking thing i can say is that the lamp shades need a sticky roller clean. Other than that extremely clean, even the tv remotes.
I would 100% stay again and recommend.”
“This hotel is always amazing! The rooms are clean, the staff is respectful as well as pleasant. The supervisor/manager, Mary, is very customer focused. Mary listens and immediately takes care of any concerns. I frequent this hotel often and it is definitely our first choice in the area. If you want a pleasant rest and quiet comfortable place to sleep, this is the place!”

“The room is very nice and clean. The location is convenient to restaurants (American, Italian and Asian food) and plazas. The UMASS medical school is right besides the hotel. However, there is no hot water or coffee provided unless you ask the onsite restaurant for it.”
