Working many years with Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn was very good experience. Lately we met a guy named Juljan Imeraj. It is absolutely pleasant to work with him. Every time we meet him there, he is kindly and patiently ready to help us.

We made an offer to purchase a used vehicle and were told by Melissa Licea that they were working on the transaction details (and it was taking several days to do this for some reason) and then we get a message that they sold the vehicle. No class.

For the most part i’m satisfied. Only issue i have is the bumper keeps popping out of the car. I told the sales department about this issue and they said someone would be reaching out to me. Weeks later no-one has as of yet. I would like to resolve this before my bumper gets worse.
Update: Its been almost a week and still no contact about my bumper..
