I had my engine replaced. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it was finished in less than a week. Iffy and Josh were excellent through the entire process with all of the steps before approval. They were prompt at returning calls and always kept us up to date on the process.

I took my Santa Cruz to Herb Chambers for my 24K mile service. My previous dealer tried to upsell me a $300 service at my $16K service. All my interactions at Herb Chambers were top-notch, professional, from making the reservation to today’s service experience. As easy as an oil change and tire rotation should be.

My wife and I were 800+ miles from home on the tail end of our anniversary road trip. Got an “Engine Overheating” warning on our dash one afternoon. Josh and the team were able to get us in the next day and get our car checked out last minute. Definitely helped us out of a bind.

I came in for an oil change, a routine mechanical issue. When I left there was a sound coming from my undercarriage. I brought my car back and discovered that the mechanics did not bolt down the undercarriage splash guard and it was dragging under my car. How do they miss something like that ?
