Two of my family members recently purchased diamond rings from this location and were VERY pleased with the jewelry and the customer service. Knowing that my family has had great experiences at Hannoush, I didn't even second-guess myself when I brought a ring here to be resized/looked at. I was immediately greeted as I walked in. Everyone behind the counter was MORE than helpful and very accommodating to my requests. I knew before I even went here myself that i would be in good hands, and I was certainly right! Hands down one of the best experiences I've had. Super happy that I chose to come here to have my ring taken care of! Can't wait to come back in the future!

I had a watch sized at the Auburn Mall last week by a jeweler
who goes by "Barry". The two women behind the counter that greeted me when I came in gave me a look like "what are YOU doing in here?" just because I was on my way home from a work training class that was held in the woods and I was wearing jeans and hiking boots. Sorry ladies, I'm sure I make much more money than you do and I know I am a nicer person than either of you. Don't judge a book by its cover when you don't know me from a hole in the wall. Barry, on the other hand, was a very nice man, and so happy to help even though I didn't buy my watch there. I wanted 3 links taken off, as I like a snug fit. But he convinced me to try 2 links. I tried it for a few days, and returned so I could try the 3 links I originally wanted, and because one pin kept falling out. As I was leaving he said he would do anything I wanted and would take care of me if I wasn't happy. Great business acumen. I called after a few days to talk to Barry about this. The woman who answered said "there is no one by the name of Barry who works here." Funny...when I asked him his name to thank him for all he did for me, he said "Barry" When I returned today to ask if I could try the 3 link being removed, the women there helped me, but she said "Barry" was not working even though he said that I could come anytime after noon and he would be there to help. Funny how he actually does exist??!! I was there just before 1pm. They were iffy in wanting to help me but asked that the other jeweler there take out the link for me. He took my watch back and I heard hammering on the tool to remove the pin even though Barry had told me that is not what you want to do on a watch of my type - he even showed me the tool he used. I was cringing as I waited. When I tried it on, I agreed it was snug, but neither snug nor loose are what I want for a fit. When I asked the dark haired woman if I could put the link back in, she said that "this is the time of year when you are most bloated, so try it until the colder whether." I asked if I could come back and put the link in if I wasn't happy, and she said "honestly, we shouldn't have even sized it for you the first time because we don't sell that brand of watches, you know what I mean?" As if I should agree with her rudeness. How quickly my would-be customer experience went from being completely satisfied to "never going there again and never recommending them". Sad, but as they say in business, "the customer is always right, and even if they aren't, you still do everything you can to make them happy". I hope this helps her people skills.

Literally just walked in 5 minutes ago looking for an engagement ring, but because we didn’t look the part, we were looked up and down by the two women behind the counter said what we wanted just got sold (without looking at what we wanted). We were just at the one at Solomon Pond Mall kept us there a little extra just to look up something we may want.Clearly whatever was on their phone was more important and we won’t be spending money at Hannoush.

We highly recommend Hannoush Jewelers! Our experience with Tony was so much fun and he spent a lot of time and care with us as we were deciding on engagement rings. His expertise and communication was amazing, and made the process seamless. We ended up getting a customized toi et moi ring at a very reasonable price. Tony and the rest of the team really did a fantastic job!! We searched for a couple months prior, and very happy we found Hannoush. 10/10 would recommend!

The Auburn location has by far the greatest staff especially the manager Martin! They are caring and helpful and sell the best products at the best prices imaginable. They helped my husband create the most beautiful mothers ring for me which is stunning! They even replaced my diamond after a horrible accident I had so I was able to focus on my surgery and recovery and not worry about my ring at all. I have to say if you are going anywhere else you need to rethink it and check in with Martin and the gang at the Auburn mall! We are satisfied customers for over 20 years now I believe ? ? ?Thank you all we will be back soon!

It was a great experience going to this jewelry store. They were the only store I visited this Christmas shopping season, that was properly staffed. The staff were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Good job to all employees of this jewelry store this year!

I had lost my ring and had to go into the store to replace it... Tony was an AMAZING help! He found the exact ring for me and I was In and out of the store really quickly! (I was in my lunch break)... what an GREAT guy! Thank you Tony!

MY HAPPY ENDING, I had brought two rings to be sized and ended up buying a new wedding band that Martin thought would be perfect to add to my diamond and emerald wrap. It was perfect!There were a few complications to the work on the rings. Martin worked hard to be sure the rings were just the way I wanted and that I was completely satisfied. The rings came out beautiful!!!MARTIN is a great sales person. If you are not satisfied believe me he will get the job done to your complete satisfaction.Thank you Martin your devotion to your customers will not go unnoticed! I brought in a ring that I had bought somewhere else to be sized and have a prong fixed, the staff were very professional and they did an amazing job! You can’t even tell it was sized or repaired. I’ve used them for various things throughout the year and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great customer service and friendly staff.

This review is a little overdue, but I just want to finally get it out there. I would HANDS DOWN recommend anyone to Hannoush Jewlers at the Auburn Mall. Anthony went above and beyond for us and we really really appreciate him and his family. We had a very quick and small Covid wedding (6 people) and my wedding band was ordered from Hannoush. I actually had a wedding band idea in my head that I had seen at another store of which he found and had his cousin make for me. My ring was made quickly and beautifully without any issues. It was made right on time for the wedding. All of the communication regarding the ring making process was very prompt, professional and stress-free. I did not feel at all overwhelmed given the time crunch. Anthony's store has AWESOME customer service and we were really impressed with our overall experience. They deserve an A++!-Leah S.

The worst experience ever! I spent over 2 grand ($2,000) for a pandora bracelet for a Christmas gift for my daughter, plus a$450.00 charm. The bracelet was supposed to be pure gold. It turned black and was bending! I went back to them with my receipts, they wouldn’t-exchange it or return my money! What a waist of $2450.00! My daughter is devastated and I’m disgusted! I would not suggest going there ever too any one! They SUCK and stole my hard earned money!
