AWFUL EXPERIENCE -\\n\\nHad a poor customer experience there recently, so I called and spoke to service manager Rob Fleck to clarify what exactly happened and share my poor experience.\\n\\nI strive to be polite and respectful with anyone in a service industry, and I was very courteous to the service manager the whole the entire call.\\n\\nI prefaced the call by saying \\\"Looking to get clarification on the disconnect we had last Friday on the the vehicle I dropped off for a pre-inspection.\\\" \\\"Can I share what my perspective was and then then I can hear your side\\\" He said sure so I went ahead and politely and calmly expressed my perception of what had happened but he kept on cutting me off and thus not letting me fully voice my questions. However, I must of said something to trigger him because he took it from a 0-10 real quick. He kept on interrupting me while I tried to calmly talk. So I pause for 2 seconds and asked him \\\"can you stop interrupting me and let me finish my explanation and that I would listen to his input on the matter after\\\". Shockingly, he acted like a 8th grader in an argument,. No reasoning involved. Just talking over me like a bully.\\n\\nNext, he started questioning me in a VERY short, agitated and unprofessional manner. When I would start to answer his questions he kept cutting me off over and over and over, so I just kept silent. He then said \\\" oh you quiet now?\\\" I responded for the 4th time, saying \\\"you keep cutting me off\\\", and again he cut me off when I was saying that.\\n\\nAt that point, I told him \\\"I think we can stop here as we are not getting anywhere\\\" , to which he replied \\\"GREAT!\\\" and hung up.\\n\\nI'm laughing to myself right now thinking how this guy was super mad, and I was the calm one with the bad experience lol. Certain people are just better at working on cars then dealing with customers. This guy was tapped and am shocked they let this guy talk to customers.\\n\\nJust avoid this place. I tried to to sort it out, but this is why I normally try to avoid \\\"talking to the manager\\\" I think I will avoid giving direct feedback to businesses and stick to Google reviews I hope it helps somebody from being treated the way I was by their service manger.\\n\\nLastly, the owner, as you see in the comments has to come to a conclusion on what my situation was without having all the facts. Again, neither Rob the strive manager nor the owner got my side of the story and were both unwilling to just listen for a second. He's the owner and he run his business how he wants and I can leave reviews how I want.\\n\\nThey will not get my business, my families business, or my friends business. Additionally, they should not get YOUR business. They won't give a sh*t should they not meet your expectation, and worse yet, you might have to deal with Rob Fleck.\\n\\nHave a great day all! :)

We've decided to stop using Fuller's Automotive after a frustrating experience that left us disappointed with their service. We recently brought one of our trucks in for an inspection and paid for it. However, Fuller's told us they couldn't go ahead with it because of some paperwork issues. Even though our truck was registered, we only had last year's paperwork (this has never been an issue with them in previous years). They said they'd give us a refund but didn't follow through. When we asked if we could use the credit for another truck, they said it wasn't possible. It's pretty baffling that they took our money when they couldn't actually do the inspection and just said it was their "procedure."But what really bugged us was how they treated us during our interactions. Our assistant manager called them in the morning and got frustrating responses. When I called later, I talked to someone who claimed I had spoken to them earlier ("My answer's haven't changed from when I talked to you this morning") without even checking if it was me or someone else from our company. It would have been more professional to ask if we'd talked earlier, which we had not. When I asked about why they had promised a refund at the counter, they replied with, "I don't know why he said that, if he even did say that," basically implying our assistant manager was lying. To sum it up, our experience with Fuller's was marked by rudeness, unprofessional behavior, a reluctance to do their job, and a lack of organization. They took our money for a service they couldn't provide without any warning. Because of this, we've decided to go elsewhere for our automotive needs, and we recommend others do the same. Fuller's Automotive doesn't live up to the standards of good service and professionalism that customers should expect.

Great staff all around, they are my families go to place. Went there today for oil change and tire rotation, service rep at desk said they had to reschedule my tire rotation due to bays all full. ( The big boss overheard conversation and rolled up his sleeves and got it done for me ) Will definitely continue bringing my Jeep Wrangler here. Business that you can trust!Services: Tire rotations

Well, all these one star reviews are accurate, 7 years later. Took my car here for an estimate, and the people in the office were nice as could be. But after looking at my car the guy told me it would be two weeks, they were also very aware that I was going through insurance. Meanwhile, 2 other shops told me it was a 3-4 day job, a week max. When I called back and asked why it would be so long, he sounded a little offended and couldn't give me a clear answer. They also have a sign at the front with their and surrounding labor rates... not a good look. Don't come here, they just want as much as they can milk for your insurance for.

It's where we go!! Why?? They take care of us and all of our cars in the family. Today as we were heading out on a four hour road trip, my car's service required light came on. I pulled in and I explained that my husband is a disabled veteran and a tech came out to the car to check it out and ensure our safety. Sometimes it's the little things. Sometimes the little things are HUGE!! Thank you for your service.

This is the only place I'll go from now on. They are fast, quality, and the prices are totally affordable. The quotes they give are often exactly on the nose. I'm just so happy. Thank you for the service you provide

Fuller's always provides top notch service and they do what it takes to work closely with their customers to keep them fully satisfied. They completethe work in the time frame that they commit to and they won't do any services on your car that are not needed. Pricing for services is competitive andthe full staff is very customer service oriented. If any issues arise they will be completely supportive to the needs of the customer. I have been a regularcustomer for over 10 years and I am completely satisfied with my experiences in getting my cars serviced here. Good job Fuller's!Dan P.

Was on my way down 495 heading to a work function and caught a nail in my tire. Put the spare on and went straight to Fuller's. They knew I had to make a work engagement and took care of me right away. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier and thankful that they were there to help. Would highly recommend. Thank you Fullers!!Service: Tires

Fuller's in Auburn is the best place to have any kind of work needed for your vehicle. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledge and have always repaired my cars so I feel safe driving them. I will never go anywhere else.

Fullers was hands down the best place I have gone to so far for fixing my car! I have gone to other places prior and from my first phone call with Amanda to the whole process, including how awesome Mr.Fuller is himself, I would recommend this place 100%. They have great personalities and just care and I feel like most places aren’t like that. 10/10 recommend

I came in for new tires with my spare tire on the pickup and the flat tire in the bed. The service writer Patricia was very friendly and quick to get me started. While the pickup was up on the lift, the technician noticed my front passenger side brake caliper was not working properly. This was an easy fix that could have resulted in something bad if not repaired. While I was waiting, I asked Patricia if the technician could put the spare tire back to where it is stored on the truck. The answer was, oh ya we did that already. In summary, I would recommend Fuller for all your auto and truck service needs.Services: Tires
