Horrible experience. I went in with a problem I had already diagnosed that required a $15 part to fix my air conditioning. My intent was to judge their service department prior to buying a car there. Perhaps taking advantage of the July heat, Ira quoted me almost $600 without ever actually inspecting the car. If I was more cynical, this almost sounds like fraud. Moreover, Ira doesn't respect your time. I had a scheduled appointment, but I was told "the guys are just getting back from lunch so it may be awhile." Two hours of waiting is unacceptable. And they never responded to my email complaint. They simply don't care about customers. Do not buy or shop with Ira Motor Group is the lesson I learned. (Fixed the car myself for $15 in under an hour).

I'm impressed at how clean and orderly this dealership is and how they squeezed me in on short notice when none of the other dealers in the area would. Decent waiting area and nice playroom for the kids. The wait was very reasonable and my service advisor Kyle was efficient. I would recommend this business to family and friends.

NOPE! Bought a brand new truck and after 13,000 miles I had issues with it burning oil, they couldn't care less and told me some bs that didn't make any sense without any logical explanation just to get me out of there. I highly suggest you go elsewhere these yahoos are what's wrong with the big elaborate car dealerships now, all show and no go.

Went in about a month ago and just wanted to share the experience I had. My car had stopped accelerating and I had to bring it to the closest ford dealership fast. When I arrived I was told they would not be able to even look at my car until a week later due to others who had booked appointments. I had no where else to go my car was broken out of the blue. I needed it to be diagnosed so I could at least get a rental. But One of the managers, I believe his name was John was a huge help. He told me they would do the best they could. He calls me an hour later and tells me he was able to fix the problem. He took the time to look at my car after others told me they couldn't even look at it. I got my car back within that hour. So thank you John.

Customer service went downhill drastically after they completed the construction of their new site. My truck was losing power on the highway due to a throttle issue. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told that, because I didn't have an appointment it would be Friday at the latest before they could even look at it. I was OK with that as long as it would be fixed, as it was not safe to drive. It is also important to add that I was refused a loaner vehicle throughout this entire process. I called each day asking about my truck and each day they said they hadn't gotten to it and would try the next day. I called again on Friday and was told that now it would be another week at least before they could look at it. Still I was refused a loaner vehicle. At this point I needed my truck back because I had missed a couple days of work being without one so I picked it up Saturday morning and limped it over to the Ford Dealership in Putnam where they repaired it Monday. Horrible service, way overpriced, didn't care that I was a loyal customer. I had bought my truck there and had every service there. Will never go back to them and will instead give the Ford in Putnam my service from now on.

They lost me keys and my car. Had no clue where anything went. Also broke 2 things in my car while I went here to get a recall. One guy was extremely rude and tried acting like I should know where they put my keys and my car. Was supposed to pick it up a couple days ago but wasn't ready. Picked it up for the second time and they did not fix what they broke in my car and after keeping it for multiple days.
