Frank M and Duane “D”. They are meticulous and really care about what they do. Mark G was great to work with as the Store Manager. He coordinated our products and installations well. We were also provided with exceptional vanity installers Mark M and countertops and the best plumber Jeremy W! Floors and Kitchens Today in Auburn deserves a 10 star rating!!!!!

They did carpet in 4 rooms at my home. Good competitive price. Was able to get us scheduled for install within a week. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job.

It was a pleasure working with Mark. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us on our 3 or 4 visits there. He never tried to talk us into anything. Once he understood what we were looking for he found something in his warehouse that would work for us. But there wasn't quit enough. Through his connections he was able to find just the right amount and lot # to match.
Installation was done by Frankie and his helper. They were super nice, hard working and conscientious. Frankie explained everything he was doing and why.
One rather minor detail that was noticed after installation was quickly addressed without any hassle .
Nice people, good communication, fair pricing; a good experience from beginning to end. And we love the floor! Thank you Mark and Frankie.

My wife and I were going through a new construction build process and went with Mark for our flooring and cabinets. Mark and his team were fantastic! They spent the time to help explain and provide insights that really eased the process of making all the selections. Additionally, Mark and team hit all of the committed dates and did an amazing job with delivery and installation (which was a welcome change to the other build challenges we had). The overall quality and experience was fantastic and will definitely be back as future projects and needs may arise!

I am absolutely THRILLED with how amazing this place is. I had a situation where a friend had their apartment burn down and was letting her live with me. I went in on a Tuesday and was helped by Mark G. who provided me with everything I needed to get a floor put into my finished basement. The next day (Wednesday) Mark G. came over, measured the room and was able to get me scheduled the NEXT DAY for my flooring. It just so happens the timing ended up working out beautifully. Both I and my friend are absolutely LOVING the new floors! I am so excited to finally find a place like this with GREAT people who are experienced and knowledgeable. I plan on getting my bathroom updated next and will most certainly use Floors & Kitchens Today from Auburn, MA! Thank you, all for the amazing experience! Amazing place!

We recently had the carpet on our staircase replaced. Frank the installer was great and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he takes pride in what he’s doing. Showed up on time and left things clean. We had previously had the wood floors replaced in 3 of our other rooms. These also came out great. We really couldn’t be happier with them.

Mark the owner runs the place with the utmost professionalism. His breath of experience and attention to detail will ensure you’re able to bring your design and imagination to life. He is very organized, detail oriented, interior design savvy and very responsive. They have a great selection of materials to choose from so the world is your oyster. The only thing I can’t speak on is pricing because I didn’t shop around to compare but I’m sure his prices are competitive and my experience was 5 star. He shows tremendous care for his clients and does his best to accommodate all needs. I highly recommend.
