If I could leave, no stars, I would! I did everything.both my daughter and I bought a car from them and they lied to us. They sold us cars that aren’t even worth what they said!!! They took what they could from my daughter who is a single mom and then when she needed their help they avoid her and won’t answer her calls!!! They are scum stay away!! This issue had nothing to do on my end! This was their fault. I listened to them and bought a car they said I could trade in within 6 months. I’ve had it for a year and when I went to trade it they said it wasn’t worth what I bought it for.

I have been buying cars for a long time. This was my 8th vehicle and I am only 31. I have dealt with a lot of the normal dealership runaround and this did not feel like that at all. The sales team was willing to work with me and help me get to the number I needed to be at as best they could. where other dealerships were stubborn because they know in this market they can afford to be Diamond wasn't. In fact even though they did not have the exact vehicle I wanted and could have easily just let me walk away Ricky my salesman went out of his way to find the exact one I wanted. This is my first time buying a GM vehicle and I am so glad I found it here. Shout out to Ricky the salesman, Jason and Tony in finance, and Mike the owner for being absolute class acts!

Extremely disappointed with the service (or no service) that I received at this location. Not only did I have to wait two weeks out to get this appointment which mind you was just for an oil change and to check for a tire sensor error, I waited 3 1/2 hours just to find out my car wasn’t even in the shop yet. I took my car here specifically because it was a GMC certified service location. The service assistant, I had wasn’t pleasant at all either. Definitely would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here. I could’ve just taken it to Jiffy Lube. Never again.

Rob Low was a pleasure to work with when leasing my new car. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took all of my preferences into consideration prior to my visit and showed me several cars that had all of my “must haves”. He was considerate of my limited free time and had me in and out very quickly with all questions answered and concerns addressed. He was not pushy, and I felt like I was working with a long time friend. He got me a really great deal on my dream car. He also was able to apply a discount for healthcare workers to my purchase, which was an unexpected surprise. My experience was fun and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Rob Low in sales!

My 2020 Colorado previously purchased from Diamond Chevrolet recently turned 51,000 miles. At that time, I thought about trading the vehicle versus keeping it forever. Several days later, I received an unsolicited email from Dominic Cruz inquiring about my interest in purchasing a new Colorado and subsequent trade. Since I was traveling east from the Western Mass area, I made an appointment with the intention of gathering facts and prices. However, 3 hours later, I signed the purchase agreement for a 2023 Colorado and I am very happy with my decision.I must say, I expected Dominic to be an aggressive salesman and if necessary, was prepared to walk away. Upon meeting Dominic and discussing the potential transaction, I found the opposite to be true. Dominic Cruz is a professional and very knowledgeable about the product he represents. Dominic was polite, well spoken, handled the transaction comfortably and appears to be focused on his future. It is my opinion that Diamond Chevrolet has an asset in the form of Dominic Cruz working on their behalf.

Garbage dealership, horrible people to keep you there for hours. Ignore you and then try to make you feel like you have to buy the car they're doing you a favor a lot of hidden fees. They'll try to add points on your interest rate for every point they go over the bank they get $1000 in their pocket, the sales rep, Kevin is a liar and a condescending rude person. They are sales rep Tony and Mike make you feel like you're less than them because you have to buy a car that you should feel honored to buy a car from their dealership. Cars are way over priced terrible service. The service department rip you off, overcharge you and not fix anything or if they're forced to fix something I'll try to honor the warranty. They'll find a way to make it your fault so they don't have to honor it. Overall horrible experience. Terrible dealership never go there.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give Dominic at Diamond Chevrolet a shout. He gave me above asking price for my trade-in, and I got my new 23’ Trailblazer just below MSRP.The process was as straightforward as it could be, and Dominic was transparent and diligent about every step. Dominic was simply a great sales rep due to the way he treated me as a potential customer. He and Derek (the Finance manager) were both very helpful and never pushed me to do anything I was not comfortable with (from a financial standpoint - unlike Harr in Worcester).I drove off with my new car within 3 hours of arriving at Diamond and have 0 regrets. I would not expect to find a better deal anywhere else, and the experience made it even better. 5/5 customer satisfaction and would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family.

Horrible experience at this dealership. Purchase paperwork on our new vehicle was not what was agreed upon. Brought it to their attention and was told we would be refunded the amount owed. We have a written IOU and text messages from the Director of Financial Operations, Mike Monfreda, but never received the refund. Took it up with Jonathan Massad in management and was fluffed off. Now have to take them to Small Claims Court to recoup the $1K plus owed. Avoid this dealership! Sneaky tactics seem to be a pattern.

My husband David and I had a great experience at Diamond Chevrolet. We bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox and have Brandon Stevenson to thank for dialing the wrong number. He meant to call another David about a Cadillac and got us instead. We had been looking for a car, asked Brandon did Diamond have any pre-owned Equinox SUVs and he said yes. Brandon is a great salesman, very knowledgeable and professional. We're very happy he dialed the wrong number, it was kismet ... we love our Pacific blue Equinox.

Snarky response to my rating just shows how much diamond cares for the customers.I have bought and leased multiple vehicles here. Everytime they do their best to confuse you.The protection packages they want to sell you don't do what they promised.Check the fine print and get it in writing is my best recommendation.

Stopped into Diamond to look at a Used GMC I was interested in. I ended up speaking with Johnny Selen and I have to say I couldn’t be happier. He made the car buying experience a fantastic one. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all made my wife and I feel comfortable with no pressure at all. His honesty and willingness to get me in the vehicle I wanted was far beyond any other experience at other dealerships. Thank you Johnny for your time today and thank you Diamond for hiring the best sales people for your customers. I will certainly be recommending Johnny to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle!!

After having a TERRIBLE experience with a different dealership I took a chance and inquired about a trailblazer, shortly after I received a call from Dominic and he asked if I had seen the new Chevy Trax, I responded no and he followed up by sending me pictures of the car, I instantly knew I loved the trax better and set up an apt a couple days later to test drive, on my test drive visit my boyfriend also ended up liking a car and Dominic perfectly managed selling both the cars at the same time. Dominic made it super easy and I didn’t feel at all pressured to buy a car on the spot. 10/10 would recommend Dominic

This has been the most pleasant buying experience I have ever gone through. Harris Malagic was a wonderful salesman and answered all our questions and was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying. The finance gentleman Brandon, was fantastic as well as he helped us through it. We were very comfortable and didn't feel pressured or unconformable at any point of the process. We definitely recommend and would come back to buy our next vehicle. If you want a place that treats you well and makes the whole car buying process easy and the less stressful experience you ever will have, come to Diamond. They are worth it.
