“was looking for a car loan. i had used SCU a few years ago for a auto loan and i had a good experience so i thought i would contact them again. at first when i called, i received service that wasn't so good. fortunately, i called back and i was able to speak with Candy at the Hobbs Brook Branch. she was fantastic - patient, knowledgeable and thorough. she gave me plenty of time to get my loan processed and accounts set up. i was able to close in a couple of days. really enjoyed my experience”

“I have been with this MCU for years, I have had nothing but great experiences with them, if I go in with a problem they fix it immediately, we are only human & everyone makes mistakes, sometimes it’s my mistake, my only problem is because my bank is in Ma. & my car is insured at my other residence NY I can’t get a car loan so I pay top dollar, I just wish they would make exceptions for their loyal customers! Otherwise the best bank ever, so good I won’t open a NY account.”
