Nice atmosphere, excellent staff, clean room.
What I didn't like was the experience of having an extra door that I had the impression of leaving in another room which made me feel insecure during the night!

Admittedly my room was next to the elevator and vending machines.
The beeping was very loud.
The room was clean and had plenty of room.
But breakfast was practically inedible... Yuck ?

Very clean throughout. Room had some maintenance glitches but the parts that count--cleanliness, bed and bedding comfort--were perfect. Breakfast was 'meh' but sufficient. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff (except night auditor who was not happy I was in the lobby without shoes. Whatever.) I recommend this place!

I’m writing this review as I can’t sleep. We’re only here for one night on a road trip and this place is pretty wretched. You can see the light in the hallway through our busted door but most significantly I can hear all the many bodily functions of the complete strangers placed in the adjoining room to us. It’s literally disgusting and we should not be able to see and hear through all the doors like this. We are trying to get to sleep so we can leave first thing in the AM but yeah I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lady at the front desk was nice when we reported the issue but also said there isn’t a single other room she can move us to. It also smells like smoke everywhere throughout the hotel

Best Motel We Ever Stayed In Friendly Staff Very Well Maintained And Cleanliness It Amazing If Your Ever In The Area I Recommend This Place Can't Ask For A Better Experience Rooms Are Very Spacious And Smells Wonderful.

I booked two nights in a room with two beds for myself and a friend. They overbooked and we had to change to a single queen with a cot (with a discounted rate offered for the night). Unfortunately, they were unable to provide the cot on the first night, so I spent it on the floor. The assistant manager was unapologetic and did not seem concerned. In contrast, Inga at the front desk was great and helped as much as she could. The room itself was generally clean but had some water damage on one of the walls and mold in the tub. Thermostat constantly showed an error message. I didn't expect a great view but the window overlooked a literal pile of trash.

The staff there is very helpful if you need anything. Plenty of space in the room. Having hot coffee all the time is great. And the make cookies.

Literally the best hotel ive ever stayed at! The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfy, the staff are very friendly and considerate, there's free wifi and breakfast, and there's plenty of restaurants around. Overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the auburn-worcester area!
Nearby activities: The Auburn Mall is very close to the hotel, and there's plenty of things to do in there.
Walkability: The Auburn Mall is within walking distance, and so is Arby's, Shell, and Papa Gino's, not to mention there's a Starbucks not even 100 feet from the hotel.

Booked this hotel when on a road trip traveling through the area. Arrived at 1230am to be told they are over booked and did not have room. They had no idea how to issue a refund on a non cancellable reservation. We went to the Hampton Inn and had a very nice experience.

Room was relatively clean as were the bed linens.
